BACK ON TOPIC, PEOPLE!

Okay well, I vaguely remember someone talking about sleep in this episode and decided to share my musings on their sleep patterns.

Sometimes Jay talks about how much he can't sleep, something we seemed to link with the ibuprofen with a definite link to his memory loss.. but again, sometimes he mentions that he sleeps and passes it off as a 'whatever, I just slept lol idk'.

Seems to me like there's always a large gap between when he sleeps and when he's awake.. and if he's being 'used' for some purpose while he sleeps, then this could further support that theory. He only sleeps when he is 'needed' by/as either Masky or by the Operator.

I think the same goes for Jessica. The bags under her eyes, (very clear in entry 32, though I'd still tap that) suggest the same. I think Jay is awake while she is 'sleeping' though, hence the noises he hears at night. I have no idea what she could be doing, unless part of Masky's plan is for her to throw salt shakers at the wall.

Random, I know, but it's very late.

I thought it was a mirror/reflection at first, too, but there is an exit sign above it? I don't think they would put an exit sign above a mirror. :S

 		I haven't browsed through this entire thread, so I don't know if this has been brought up, but, Does anybody think that the noises are the same noises that happened when J woke up in E27? It's obvious that the sounds in J's room were in a pattern, but the sounds from Jess's room were more random then organized. but they do sound the same. Short-lived and sounds like someone banging on a solid piece of wood.

This actually goes for other people more than for you, but it's been bugging me: if you have to preface a post with "well I didn't read x but", you should be reading x before posting.

In regards to your theory, it doesn't seem like the sounds were quite the same. The sounds after J's awakening in entry 27 appeared to have been caused by his TV, which was glitching out -- when he turns the TV off, the noises stop. Though it doesn't sound dissimilar from the banging on the wall, the origins of the two noises were different.
