OK.. so, after we had already craced it the hard way, we looked at the grid thing.

There are 26 horizontal rows, one for each letter of the alphabet. All the hex codes used in the cipher are there, in order from the smallest to the largest, from top to bottom. These are the replacement codes used, in reversed alphabet (so that the largest hex number is A and smallest is Z)

EDIT: The song in the background of the coded message is "Baby's on fire" by Die Antwoord Wink

EDIT 2: In case you were wondering about the few capitalized letters in the code, they seem to be just capitalized first letters of names and beginnings of sentences. In places where the code is just two numbers, there obviously is no capitalization.

Thats how i got there eventually, remembering the last ARG i did by these "people" everything has a meaning, i knew the grid had to play its part Smile

haha that song started to drive me a bit mental.. nothing like a good arg to drive you mad with random music ^_^

 		The background image in the "system unlock" -windows, with the sitting girl...

It's from a video clip from (I think) an earlier episode of the Qadhos game. I stumbled upon it quite accidentally when playing another ARG, not related to this one, but maybe made by same people. In the video she was somewhat threatening but seemed sure that whoever was watching, could not make any difference to the success of her plans.

Am I right to assume that this is Beatrix, or Queen Bea, as they call her?

Unfortunately I can't find the video any more..

 		Yes, in the last episode there were videos of both Beatrix (the image is from that but it's flipped [her tattoo -which is now old- is on the other arm] ) and Eleanora Plante. Eleanora is one you can add on Facebook. And talk with. She has a history of "disappearing".

I've alway loved the meaning of the name Beatrix -- she is the traveler or one who journeys.

 		You can actually add Beatrix on Facebook, too, but that would be the actual person in the video, not the character "Beatrix". Her (stage)name is Vivid Vivka Wink

BTW someone noticed that backdoor.qadhos which divided us in the 4th episode (I think i was the 4th Confused ) is now OOG? I thought that if we are raceing another group on braking it, it would be in use..
