I'm going to guess you've never actually had a job, have you?

I'm going to guess you've never actually been attacked by a poly-dimensional being?

Neither have I to be fair, but rolling into work would be the last thing on my mind (also: get to have a day off, not quite sure how my excuse would fly with HR though).

When people live on their own, and don't have parents/relatives to fall back on, keeping a job so you can continue to live is priority number 1, no matter what. The poly-dimensional being hasn't killed him yet, for all the times it's had him in its grasp, so he needs to actively work at staying alive himself.
Hell, I've seen someone walk a mile to work on a broken foot, every day, because their car was messed up, and they didn't have the money to repair it.
And by "on a broken foot," I don't mean "on crutches with their foot in a cast." I mean "on a broken foot." No insurance.
It's srs bzns.

On the note of having him in its grasp, the entry made it seem abundantly clear to me that the Operator's just toying with everyone. Like a human playing with insects doesn't take any extra measures when the insects start getting angry at it, so too is he completely unbothered by their efforts.
I've always figured that when Oppy had someone in his grasp and they're shown getting away mostly harm-free, it's because something happened, someone interfered and made him get away or something, something thwarted his plans, but this entry seems to sorta dash that to the ground. He's just fuckin' with them for giggles.

Hoody obviously has seen this entry

What do you think his reaction is to it?

He's probably planning on ambushing Tim and Jay at the hospital. But since I'm on the "Hoody is Totheark" boat, I'm expecting a Totheark response soon.

Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster here.

I'm not sure if this has been brought up - I've browsed this thread and could have missed it - but is it just me, or is the watery hole Tim climbs out of at about the 3:20 mark the same rabbit hole from Entry #21? The static-causing one Jay looked at briefly and was never, ever brought up again? I did a side-by-side comparison and the surroundings of both areas look the same, right down to the tree-branch Tim grabs on to pull himself out.

That's an awesome observation, it actually really looks like it, and i always wondered why that hole had static in it back when they shot the red tower scene. I'll let the public give their opinion but I think it's possible

Maybe not. On average, it takes on month for each entry to be uploaded. Entry #78 will be complete in a little over a year at this rate.

What's all this about Entry 78? Will it be the last one?

Probably around there, both seasons have consisted of 26 entries.

It's hard to say anymore, I feel like Hoody is obviously a part of TTA, but I think masky obviously has had a hand in it himself. My wild speculation is that Hoody or Alex or the operator will be at the hospital, maybe a combination.

Hoody will either try to help Jay if Tim looks to betray him, (hoody or TTA obviosuly needs Jay alive for some reason) or all three chase down Alex. That would be great lol

Also, am I the only one who's afraid that the series finale of Marble Hornets is going to look something like this?
*snip*

Is it terrible I burst out laughing at the end of that?

Dude, that's the freaking Tall Man, played by the brilliant Angus Scrimm-- everything the Operator has ever done, the Tall Man's the guy who came up with it. He's the original Operator. Children check underneath their beds for the bogeyman. The bogeyman checks underneath his bed for the Slender Man. The Slender Man checks underneath his bed for ANGUS SCRIMM. Seriously, check this out-- it's a bunch of clips from the "Phantasm" movies, which feature the Tall Man. He's very similar to the Operator, right down to the name-- he operates on people, turning them into proxies...

Didn't Victor Surge get inspiration from that character? That's what I heard.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
They've said that was just a coincidence and season 3 will last as long as it has to.

I saw that too, I think it is supposed to be the same hole. But did some idiot really dig up that hole OOG to see if it was really " haunted" or something? Wasn't someone, possibly pravado, saying that? So could it really be the same hole? Regardless, I think that may have been the reason for the weird, unexplained distortion from it, at least it's a good explanation for it in my eyes.

Wow, that was an intense entry. The first few minutes reminded me a bit of Entry #29. Considering how time seems to move differently in the slendermension and how Bruce was there, I definitely think now that 29 is what happened to Jay when the Operator attacked him in the hotel.

Also, I know some people already mentioned this but the way Tim was acting at the end reminded me of Alex near the end of season 2. Even if Tim means well, "I have to take you to a creepy, isolated location to show you something instead of just telling you about it" seems very foreboding.

It's probably not Jay in 29. For it to be him, he would have to have been attacked by TO, dragged to the Tunnel (along with the handheld camera currently on the tripod), filmed, returned, uploaded the file to his computer, set his camera back up on the tripod, and then got in bed. It has been shown that the jumping Masky and TO do work in time AND space, so it could be that the footage from noentry hasn't happened YET. But it's probably Alex.

On another note...

One thing that just occurred to me:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
How does anyone know there even IS an ark? What if it's a pipe dream Tim/Masky cooked up and convinced Hoody about (or vice versa) and in reality there is no salvation. The only person who has ever mentioned "The Ark" is Masky (On the TTA Channel). It's also possible that the idea of the Ark spawned from someone visiting the "Dark World" and returning, but not remembering it correctly.

Finally, my idea for how the finale (whenever it happens) will play out:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Everyone except for one person will die. Maybe Alex lives, maybe Jessica. Who knows, maybe Brian is still alive in Virginia somewhere. Someone is going to have to upload that last entry, but I don't think it will be Jay. Though it will probably also contain a clip of driving during the day.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Alex probably won't survive this series, if the hidden message from totheark's Decay is correct.
