I reckon it was actually Sarah who took Seth to help her out with the whole "totheark" thing. I don't think totheark is just sarah alone, but I'm almost certain that she's the ringleader.

 		Tbh, it really just sounds like you're saying that Sarah is TTA just to give her importance. She could just be a pointless minor character that got taken by Slendy. It's always a possibility. XD

 		I'm betting that there will be a couple more tapes from 2006 towards the end of the series, most likely very important ones, so I wouldn't be so keen to think that Sarah's lack of appearances are proof against this theory.
