Life in Pottsville is so sweet here. We've taken over the city, seeing Daniel and your friend Peter Walker unmasked Section White for who they really were. So in order to maintain control, we though some... excavation of city hall was necessary.

Don't worry, we made sure Councilman McGaffey wasn't present when Firework lit up the night.

So, in conclusion, the city is ours. Thanks for your help. And if you try anything to save your friends inside of the cannon, well, we'll just have to kill Henry and Daniel. Simple as that.
