We know he's killed Jeff and now Daniel. I'm not sure if Nick was a HABIT or an Evan kill, but let's count him anyway.
He's not killing Steph yet.
Did he ever deliver on his promise to have a knife fight with GreenFeathers?

The only ones left now are Vinny, GreenFeathers, and possibly Steph, her baby, and Maryann Corenthal (her husband is an entirely different story). Oh, and Evan himself, of course.
