The description was in octal. What he posted is the octal translation of the sets of numbers at the end.

If Jessica is Hoody, then it's a separate personality like with Tim/Masky. Therefore, she didn't share the hostility towards Alex that Hoody had.

Hmm looks like I do not understand octal Razz Isn't it just a base eight number system? Than how did het get the question marks?

Aaah, I was converting the numbers from decimal to octal (so 8 becomes 10 and 9 becomes 11).

 		I was just saying the other day on here how I was kinda wondering about TTA and if we'd hear from him or not before the next entry,and BAM! here it is Very Happy

I loved all the elements in this one and the editing/use of reflections and such.

I wonder what the numbers at the end are since none of us has decoded it yet.I also wonder what "Permanence" is referring to?I also find it curious that the tv has bolt thingys on it.

@pravado: I am in agreement with you regarding Hoody in the background.I didn't see him/her there at first but upon my second viewing,I all of a sudden caught him/her kind of raising his/her head...it startled me Laughing

I am probably going to regret saying this,but at the point right after the Tim/Jay footage where then we see Hoody reflected in the TV screen,it kinda looks like The Operator is standing in the foreground.
I'm not saying he actually IS,only that the dark shadow-shape makes it look that way.

This is one of my favorite TTA's of all time.Plus...JESSICA Cool

This, though I wouldn't be surprised if Jessica is being used. I've said before that the logistics of monitoring at least 3 people, editing videos, & still finding time to hang out in the woods looking all creepy suggests that Hoody has an accomplice, & this video has only further convinced me of that.

Furthermore, it's pretty clear that Jessica was part of their larger goal for a while. It's her room that The Operator kept appearing in, not Jay's, and it was she who disappeared when Tim showed up.

Since every digit from 0 to 9 is accounted for in the code, there's no reason to believe this is anything but decimal.

Now, I'm not much of a cryptogram solver, but I would like to point out that if this WAS a simple number replacement cipher instead of some fancy ascii hiding in obscure base-systems, then "7" is totally "e" because it appears 14 times and no other number shows up anywhere near as often. The next most common is 8 which shows up 8 times. Then 3, 2, and 5 which all show up 6 times. This is probably barking up the wrong tree, but it's more than you'll get from octals.

I agree that Jessica probably was being used (the same way Tim is being used) but not that she consciously is a member of TTA. She probably was in a "masky-esk" state. I remember an entry where Jay keeps on hearing banging noises (even screaming? not sure about that) in Jessica's room. Something which she has no recollection of when Jay asks her about it.

Hell I think most of the people were being used by TTA at some point (EG: Jay in Return)

Some of those could be backwards, I suppose it wouldn't be the first time.

I tried treating it as hex, but no luck:

Still, I think this is the right track. Maybe the next step is a substitution cipher. Shouldn't be too complicated (although this TTA is indeed somewhat abnormal).

I officially give up. This wouldn't be the first TTA riddle left unsolved.

Throwing it into ROT13 yields this:
