I honestly think this is going to be another TTA riddle that will remain unsolved. We've all tried different ciphers and it's going nowhere.

It looked to me like it might be newer footage. I'd have to go back and watch entry 3 to compare it to the scenes in this TTA video.

Seemed familiar to me too, i just rewatched entry #3 but the red scene isn't from there... I wonder what's the meaning of it.

New:
Operator in the doorway (It's almost the same sequence that's in 65, but the camera zooming makes it different)
Footage of hand covering the camera (similar to entry 65 imho)
TV with red bars
Hoody sitting and moving his head upwards
Two TVs with eyes (sees now)
Hoody holding a box with a mask on it
TV with footage of Jay and Tim (permanence and Hoody reflection on TV)
TV dissolving?

I tend to find the music when the codes are showing pretty cool. Can someone decode the music?

 		"Permanence" probably indicates the condition of Jay always being watched. I've been thinking that maybe the number lines are meant to be added or subtracted or something.
