We almost have enough information to use the flight control request feature you found, Toasty, but I think we still need an email, a Secondary Identification Code and a departure date and time

 		Guessing we should access the email account first.

The two portals on their side, one inactive i think would be '1' the other with ship coming through could be '4'. Moon and planet could be 00.

Looks like we need to go into IU history and the guide to get some of the numbers.

I'm already doing that. Iris kind of fits the bill on the "four that stand alone. A planet and it's moon are in view. Two slipspace portals on their side" part of the quote

 		OK, I'm really at a loss when it comes to planet part.

The password is probably GREEN18_5, but both the username and the missing number require figuring out what planets she's talking about

I'm not sure if "The four that stand alone" is a reference to the 4 numbers we need or a reference to the planet we need to find

18 years since the EBU was defeated. it might be 17 since were only a few days in to 2277, but I'm assuming it's probably 18
