Hello everyone. This my first post on here, and it's on something a lot of people proabobly post about. My suspicions on the Collective. Who I think they are, and reasons behind that. I've also included the chess pieces they are labled with, for refrence and such. Also, I've removed Observer and Fireband from my suspicions here, as they are both pretty much confirmed.




Deadhead: The Nationalist - ♞ (Black Knight)
White (The Nazi taken by Slenderman in Karl's story)
It has been hinted at that deadhead is German, and the oldest member of the collective. Although its also possible Karl could be Deadhead, it makes more sense for the unnamed nazi mentioned in "My Grandfather Karl" to be Deadhead.
However, I also speculate that DeadHead willingly joined the collective, based on his chess piece. Besides Slenderman and Observer, he is the only other member with a black chess piece. This may also suggestion his position in the collective. This may also break the fourth wall, as he may be an important character in the storyline. The chess piece colors may also symbolize who is yet to be 'taken' and turned into a collective member in Noah's timeline.

Cursor: The Selfish - ♕ (White Queen) (Mary Asher)
Based mainly on her actions in "Mary Asher phone call." It also makes sense that she could be Cursor, with cursor being one of the only female characters in tribetwelve, next to Noah's mother.(Who, by the way, could also possibly be Cursor, but I still doubt it.)

Persolus: The Hermit - ♗ (White Bishop) (Karl)
This is strictly based on the photo the Observer posted on Noah's twitter. No large paragraph. Not much is known to make a real speculation.


Swain: The Lover - ♘ (White Knight) (Possibly Edward from Device Analysis? Could also be John Fletcher, or Milo's stepdad)

I honestly just guessed on this, as I have no idea who could be Swain, as we don't know much about him ATM.

Mr. Scars: The Burdened - ♖ (White Rook) -
(Milo Asher)
Based on his name, and Observers description of him, I.E:" Theonewhokillsmary"
It has also been hinted at that Milo was taken by firebrand or the observer. The name also is rather ironically similar to what we know about Milo. However, due to the actor who played Milo quitting the project, I highly doubt that Mr.Scars will make a canon appearance.

Hi I know I am new but just hear me out. Ooc the actor who plays milo won't come back because he had a fight with Adam (noah) however apparently they do have some unreleased footage of milo. Now ic the rest of the collective seem almost to control their "hosts" for want of better word but firebrand/Noah doesn't, in the last video he seems to be in full control of himself. So I think either 2 things

1. Only the collective are in full control of their hosts and firebrand doesn't seem to be part of the collective or at least not anymore.

2. Noah is not the host,he is firebrand and he will have to find a host once his own body wears out.

I don't know if anyone else has said this yet so sorry if I am just repeating stuff

personally all this firebrand and observer stuff is nice but i want more of the collective for a change! i hope deadhead brings something new and creepy to the table like the observer and firebrand did.

Our friend Deadhead could possibly be Milo, as the definition of Deadhead is someone who gets administration free. Milo got administration into the collective for free, via suicide. Or he ended his session for free, via suicide.

And yes, I realize I just went against my own theories above. XD

EDIT

To go against myself even more, it's currently theorized that the Nazi Soilder that Karl incounterd is in fact Sabastian, and Deadhead had stalked Sabastian. So this disproves my theory that Deadhead is said Nazi. Of corse, the series could pull another Noah is Firebrand, and Deadhead could be Sabastian, and he stalked his future self.
