Yeah. I put a giant grid on a few cardboard slabs, and went from there. Not really to scale, as Err would have been too small.

And no, that's not porn on the TV, it's Oog. (Free Egg!)

Thanks, I think so too, at least most of the time. Wink

My daughter is a little monkey, always climbing on top of everything and getting into everything. It's usually really cute, except for those times when you have to clean up the entire box of hot cereal off the floor.

My boy is big into pretending lately. Mostly Blinx (yep the XBOX game), Jerry (from Tom&), and general kitty-cat, though Peter Pan was really popular too.

Kids are great. We've got #3 on the way now too.

I checked out those masks, and they're only made by hand by independent artists on eBay who are just begging for copyright violation suits. Plus they cost upwards of $125 for a good one. My costume, on the other hand, will cost the gas money it'll take to drive to my friend's house and steal his clothes and office supplies.

Well I have a plan for a 1970's polyesther outfit for halloween, but it's unseasonably warm in Chicago, so this may be my only chance to wear a kilt and not freeze my you-know-whats off. Wink

I'm going as the Defective Invisible Man. I think I'm invisible, so I don't wear any clothes. Really, I'm not invisible, so I'm just walking around naked.

Heh, like that guy in Mystery Men.

So how'd that costume end up going for you?

I went as "I Love Bees"

This is me as "I Love Bees", sort of a high-concept costume. You know, a pink wig and bee wings-- that says I Love Bees, right? Also, I had a red balloon. Very Happy

I was "A Very Conservative Succubus".

I wore business casual attire, devil horns, a devil tail, and black glittery bat wings.

I went around saying, "I'm a very conservative succubus... I don't have a whip or anything... I'm just very stern... Some guys like that."

The best part of the night was when a bunch of us sat down to play poker, Texas Hold'em, and the flop came up 6 of diamonds, 2 of clubs, 6 of clubs. So I bet pretty strongly and this guy at the other end of the table was all,

"You like those cards?? Look at that, it's almost 666!"

And I point to the horns on my head and I'm like, "HELLO!?"

Then we get to the river and I turn over my hand revealing the 6 of hearts, thus winning the pot. And I'm all "Wooooooooo!" and I throw up the horns because I'm freaking metal like that. Very Happy

wow cool, my girlfriend went as a not-so-conservative succubus (skimpy leather outfit and all that, same wings though)
as said before, I went as the devil wearing a business suit and horns (no wings though, i wanted them however) my friend said I looked like a lawyer, my response was "and the difference is...?"
the jacket/tie got hot though, so the shirt I wore was a short-sleeve black shirt with red flames at the bottom; it was my quick-change convertible costume
