Of course in Halo, hippos appear in places you don't expect. I've killed many many covenant and flood with hippos. They are quite dangerous if you know how to use them. "Hippos only, no shields, CTF" is a pretty fun multiplayer setup also. To quote Bob, "They're everywhere!"
If you are lost, check out this dangerous hippo.

Yeah, hippo's have killed many a Master Cheif in multiplayer, especially in Hang 'Em High. Must be a hippo breeding ground...

The .wav files on the new 404 page are some of the best ever. I was laughing so hard during the peanut butter part.

For the less eagle-eyed amongst us, there were actually four new sound files added to 404 yesterday -- in addition to the three obvious ones near the top, there's also friends.wav further down the page -- I didn't notice it the first few times I read the page because it'd been put right next to the old links from Tuesday. There were also a few minor changes to the existing text. I'm sure a lot of you noticed all this, but I almost overlooked some of these changes so I thought I'd point them out since nobody else has.

I hope you will come, even if you have to come late, but I can't guarantee you will get in. I have a sneaking suspicion that when word gets out, there will be a whole lot of people who want to come that don't know a thing about bees…

Someone posted an email from Melissa telling us to recruit more experienced players for combat training now that most of her loyal crew had reserved spots.
You wouldn't defy Melissa, would you?

I wonder why she didn't recruit us. You think dearest Missy doubts our persuasive abilities?
