I don't know if we are missing the point, Pravado. Jay said he was going to hospital, and he went. He never said he was going to tell us when he came back. I don't tell everyone every time I get back from something.

Hey guys, I'm going to the mall to buy shoes.

Okay, I'm back from the mall. Got shoes.

It's pointless and stupid, and it doesn't need to be done.

I'm sorry if you're such a narcissistic individual that you think Troy and Joseph and Tim will change their schedules just for you. No one should be that delusional and self-centered. They don't care what you think, and it's a pity that you think they do.

The entry will come when the entry comes, and until then, be patient and be glad you get new entries at all. If you'd rather it end up like "The Mystery of Edwin Drood," or "The Canterbury Tales," or, if those are too erudite for you, "Pushing Daisies," or like "The Wheel of Time" almost ended, that's on you, and I'm sorry for you.

You're like a little kid who doesn't understand why he can't go to Disney right now, and doesn't understand that sometimes stuff happens and things get delayed, but that's life, dude. Sometimes you have to wait, and sometimes you have to wait a long time for the things you want, but don't need, or even necessarily deserve.

tl;dr: Shut up and deal.

And thank GOD we got the finish to the Wheel of Time. Finally bought my copy today, and... Well.. It almost got me fired from work. Great read so far and I'm only 200 pages in.

I asked him on facebook about entry #66 and that was his answer. I can post a screen shot here if you want but honestly I wouldnt like to go that far, can't you guys just trust me lol? I wouldnt lie about something like this.

Well I imagined that if he said that to a random fan like me it wouldnt be a problem if everybody knew... but I'm kinda scared with y'all reactions. Shocked

I can see how that can imply a new entry soon, but on the other hand, we're no stranger to Jay doing important things than dropping off the radar for a while afterward.

Herein lies the problem.

Plus, we don't know how much filming Troy actually had left to do when he sent that message. Basically I don't think Troy is actually guilty of misleading fans. At this point we should only expect a new entry if Jay specifically says there's going to be one soon.

No, I don't think he was intentionally misleading us. But I don't understand why he would tweet at all if he wasn't ready to release something soon. In this case it's excusable as he apparently had weather issues and had to reshoot stuff, but in the past when they had like nothing ready and there was just silence for weeks? Why tweet at all in those cases?

Oh man. Oh, sir. You have so much awesomeness coming. The chapter called "The Last Battle"? Oh my lord. So much goes down, and so much awesomeness happens.

And the ending... and the epilogue... and... and... and...

You won't be disappointed. I was quite pleased with it, and I'm glad we got an ending.

The writers wanted to establish that Sunday was the day they returned to the hospital, I guess. Like I said, I can see how that can be misleading, but it's not like they promised us a new entry on Sunday or tonight, so I don't think this particular tweet falls into the category of things they shouldn't do.

Mostly video-games and bad kung-fu movies, a few books about pleasing the almighty Tim and some t-shirts with filthy sayings on them. There's also a large software package about hyper-lucid dreaming I'm putting on my iPod...

I'm less annoyed about the length of time between entries and far more annoyed about the fucking relentless tweets the past 3 weeks.

I just wanted to make sure it was true before I started jumping to conclusions. People post false information all the time. (Like back in Season 2 when there were a few people who swore that Troy said Seth's actor wasn't going to be in anymore entries because he broke up with Sarah's actress, yet we saw him this season anyway.) But I checked Birmingham's weather report and there have been a lot of thunderstorms in Alabama so that's enough of a confirmation for me.

Anyway, this is one of the few times I agree with Pravado. I don't see why they even posted a tweet if they weren't finished shooting the entry yet. That just seems kind of dumb, especially considering how long we've had to wait for this entry. Normally I wouldn't care about a tweet not immediately leading to an entry, but considering that we've had to wait literally two months for this one I figured they wouldn't post anything until it was finished. Still, if Tim went to the hospital on Sunday I'd be ok with the entry being uploaded tonight or tomorrow night. But if it's not up by Wednesday or Thursday i have to admit that I'll be pretty disappointed.

no derp. More like cribs and strollers. After all, mommies and daddies have to have babies!

But of course they do have to cook and manage the office too. Hmmm... maybe they have all of the above..?
