Well,a theory from me, back when most files were not kept on computer but on paper, it might have been possible to wipe yourself from public record. People still go of the grid for various reasons, and by destroying all paper copies of certain files, you would be erased from "public memory". Also people can easily forget people they have not met in a while, so thereby you can almost make yourself invisible from system. So thats one theory.

The other one is that one person is using the name as an alias for bussiness. This would however require some sort of public record for identification. Or insane ammounts of money and influence with the cult might be able to provide, but also, dun dun dun, the collective.

Has there ever been a connection established between the order and the collective?

First of all --Hells to the Yeah! I knew these fuckers weren't done and I mean that in the most righteous and awesome way.
Secondly,Part of my reasoning was because of the introduction of Daniel.As a character,and him arriving when he did,it just seemed to me that there had to be far more to it,and that was borne out.
Thirdly,Daniel is a great character and I am very impressed by him.He is really turning out to be an integral character and believable that enhances my immersion.He was lookin' pretty damn fine in that last video,too....(sorry,was that out loud?)
I was totally thrilled when I saw a new KVDR video.I was on the fence about him.Half thinking his time had come and gone (and that was somewhat disappointing) but the other half thought that there just had to be more to him than that,and I'm sooo glad I was correct.
I,as a few others,always maintained that the "Project Egypt Blog" was integral to the plot,and now that TOO has been supported and underscored.Even if it wasn't,I am the kind of person who just loves anything that enhances and fleshes out my immersion.
The whole query session with Matt was awkward and surreal,but as such only served to add to the intrigue.I am really looking forward to them unlocking and exploring that room.
One interesting thing of note that no one has mentioned so far.....when Chris and Daniel are talking to Alex in his room about KVDR,there is a framed picture of a knight behind Daniel hanging on the wall.Nice touch.Not sure if it's organic to the plot,or a happy accident/coincidence,just thought it was pretty cool.
I cannot wait for the next installment!
