The agentsystems are all "down", replaced with noise (LOUD). Two tones repeated twice, then 4 chirps (which repeats a few times), then the synth voice saying "1 8 0 3 2" quickly, ending with awful feedback for the rest of the time.

There doesn't seem to be any data in the noise.





Edit: It's worth noting that the noise bears some resemblance to prior SSTV signals (about 36 seconds long, same sort of "intro") but the main tone is off (511.5hz instead of ~1500hz).

I've done some tests and can't get anything out of it, and there's too much noise for anything else.

OTP-Decoder
The hidden voice in the supposed SSTV.
I'd just like to see what someone with further knowledge of the subject could do as apposed to me.
It only worked when I previewed it. When I applied the EQ to the track, the results weren't the same.

APPARENTLY THAT LANGUAGE IS PORTUGESE but there are different dialects in both recordings. In old recodring it sounds european portuguese while in keep alive it sounds Brazilian.

18:24, January 11, 2013 (UTC) (+/- few days): now has a tone at the end. Accept a single-digit agent code, e.g. entering 9 will repeat this sequence, 0 goes to radiotest.
17:01, January 28, 2013 (UTC): "Storage. (beep)". Ending tone still present, dialing 9 repeatedly still works. Maybe waiting for different data?

Apparently we have to pickk up the book from Knights of Pythias cemetery now.

ABISM tones mostly decoded, they're similar to previous ones. I'll do some writing about the format later, but if you open them in a spectogram and take note of the frequencies as bits from top-to-bottom (tone = 1) you can paste it into abism decoder.

New abism-like tones from 16042, 16043, and 17002 use Reverse, Chop Bit 4. Old ABISM tones from 17001 use Add 0x20, Chop Bit 6.

Chop bit in new ABISM-like tones seems to be more data, but unsure of what. Any help appreciated.
