I had heard that someone went exploring on the set and confirmed that the two buildings are the same. They posted the pics on tumblr or something.

7 minutes into entry #65: in the room he's in he's clawing on a wall and there's a pair of doors in the corner. He points to it and says "It's right there!" When he moves closer there's distortion and he get noticeably more distressed and yells "It came from there!"

Either the Operator's standing there, the room behind so doors may be his room, or perhaps that room was where it all started

It was a Flickr account, and the photos were taken prior to Marble Hornets' existence (since the location is also a somewhat-famous local landmark). The set of photos contained both pictures of the basement from Entry #22, as well as the upper floors of the hospital seen in newer entries.

This is the link to the Flickr account http://www.flickr.com/photos/photohound/6820796313/in/photostream/ ; Note that the graffiti in this pic doesn't appear in Entry 22, my guess would be that Troy and Joseph told people that the boiler room was an unavailable location to discourage fans from going there and tagging operator symbols over their sets.

I found another flickr with more pictures. This one has the set of double doors that may have been (most likely) the ones in Entry #65 and past the doors there is a small room with a chair and stains of red stuff splattered across the wall (I don't want to think about what that is.) The other photos are enjoyable and maybe somewhat spoilery for future entries as well. (The picture with the double doors are the ones with a little thing that says PUSH and the picture right after it shows what's behind it)

So, looking at those photographs it is pretty possible that the building in Entry #22 is the hospital... interesting. I had no idea about that nor about that all Alex's victims were taken to the hospital, but it makes sense (I am relatively new in the forum and there are a lot of theories I don't know about).
