 		Okay, after watching it a couple of times here are my thoughts:

1. I think the super-objective of this entire series is "to solve the mystery without anyone else getting hurt." Sometimes they fail, sometimes they succeed at this, but relevant to this entry is: I think this explains Jay's motivation to not tackle Hoody.
2. I do not think Hoody knew s/he was being followed, the distance Tim and Jay kept was far enough to be able to keep quiet. Listening to the ambient noise of the forrest surrounding the hospital, and Tim and Jay's sneaky-sneaky footsteps, I totally believe it is plausible for Hoody to not have heard them.
3. I think the tape was left for Tim and Jay to find. Yes, it was a bit buried under some rubble, but it was also left in the same room as the "Follow Me" graffiti. I think it is plausible for Hoody to have assumed that Tim and Jay would find themselves in that room again, searching for something.
---However, it would be quite an interesting twist if that tape was left for some other purpose outside of Tim and Jay. It would be a twist though, because nothing like that has happened heretofore in the series. Every tape found has been found through intense searching or left as bait.
4. We cannot assume Hoody's identity based upon the build of the actor inside the costume. Based upon that information, the only plausible speculation is that there are multiple Hoody's.
---Isn't there an entry in which there are more than one people in hooded outfits attacking Alex? My memory of the timeline is lapsing.

That's what I got. This entry was a bit of a let-down in terms of the long wait following an intense 64-65-Surveillance. But I do think it was well filmed and built tension effectively. I do wish they'd upload another entry before March.

In 11:55-11:57 there is this gray figure in the woods that I can't quite make out. Could it be Hoody in camo? Probably not...but I thought it was worth a shot.

I agree that it was left for Tim and Jay to find. It's possible that Hoody knew they were following (coincidence that his only appearance entailed walked right by them, placing the tape before them, disappearing?) and used the opportunity to delay them while making an escape.

I think the point of Jay going to the room while Tim chased Hoody was to give the Hooded actor a chance to get out of the way without breaking the shot.

Tim's monologue also cements the theory that TO can choose who sees him in my opinion. Right, that doesn't constitute "escape." To "escape," means you get away from something permanently-- to break out means you break out with the possibility of getting brought back in.


Whatever you knew what I meant <_<. In any case in his monolouge he does he does flat out say "i kept escaping from my room".

I looked at all the frames carefully, they're just a darker shade of leaves.

Yeah I'm the guy with the Jessica crush. I don't doubt that Jessica is on the tape. I believe she'll be the breadcrumb that leads to Alex. She's been Jay's motivation (except now she's been forgotten with Tim in the picture)

 		hi. just made an account to point out that hoody was clearly meant to be aware of jay and tim's presence seeing as jay published his plan to be at the hospital on that day on twitter several days in advance. and also in terms of plot why would hoody be burying a tape there (as opposed to any other place featured in the story) at the exact same time and day that jay and tim were there too?

which makes you wonder what hoody had up his sleeve in case tim had actually tried to brain him with a decades-old spanner...
