So I'm reasonably sure I've solved it. At least, I've accounted for everything and come up with a theory that makes sense given the variables.

I'm fairly certain it's an invitation to a specific address at a specific time. I'm also guessing that the picture is in said place and that Neurocam & friends will be sat near it.

When I googled 'neurocam', I noted the continuity of the photo with their general theme. It should be easy for someone knowledgeable on the format of their previous puzzles to confirm whether or not my solution conforms with them. After all, take note that when they say 'intelligence to read' they are not necessarily referring to brain points. In the interests of those still having a crack at it, I won't post the answer here.

If the image changes in the coming weeks, it will confirm to me whether or not I've got the answer.

Being an operative would be seriously cool. Imagine a secret mission to, like, infiltrate a shopping centre and film the cheese aisle. Or to go to an abandoned building and set off a sparkler. And film it. And upload it. Awesome. But I think you have to be careful with these international organisations, you never really know what you're getting into. Some of the stuff they've been involved in have been seriously hardcore. Rumour has it Neurocam & friends once trolled Scientology's Facebook. You run the risk of being followed by running tricks like that - or of being called a psychiatrist.

I would advise serious caution to anyone thinking they have what it takes to join Neurocam. I mean, ask yourself several questions. Can my phone record in HD? Would I be willing to ignore the 'Don't Step on the Grass' sign? Do I really want to be part of a society that would have me as a member?

Why are people spending time dissin' the folks at Neurocam? Why figure out the puzzle when u clearly have some sort of grudge? Thats like hating pumpkin pie but filling your mouth with it.

I got a date, or at least a month and its not any time soon. Guess we'll know for sure in a week or two.

Hi everyone!

Sorry for ressurecting an old post, I just wanted to know if anyone else is still working on it and/or solved it.

I'm not much into Neurocam, I made some assignments when they were around in 2005, but I found the image very nice and am trying to make sense out of it, but my current hypothesis is rather disappointing...
