The Joined are still individuals but unlike you we live very long lives, the Outcast however are just animals! That being said there are different factions within the Outcast they are not as organised as we are. Ibid was looking in the Dreamlands for Charles Le Sorcier a previously Joined adept of some note, he had considerably knowledge with tracking the Outcast.

Goreth is quite unlike his kin, something of a progressive when I first met him in '68. He was also against the use of the Tapho rite, made a lot of enemies back then. He had a plan back then to expand the Outcast via other means than the standard method, unfortunately he never truly trusted me not that I was surprised considering my own past.

Something important happened back in '68 and I am determined to uncover it at all costs. We are not the bad guys you believe us to be.

My posit isn't that the Joined are bad guys. It's that our human species won't evolve b/c of their presence here & they're ALL utterly ruthless. But so is The Empire. Confused

 		Here's an interesting fact! Charles le Sorcier was a character in the Alchemist, a short story by H.P Lovecraft who is looking for something called the Elixir of Life.

As for Safe Cube 3 all my ideas keep ending up back at Riemann.

Yup, tried opposite, first, last, next, five, fifth, left, right and other non number specific sequence positions. I'm gonna ask where safe 5 is positioned relative to safe 2 for a different locational spin.
