 		Earlier this morning I sent an email asking about which card Anna's Mother had picked up. I mentioned, and sent a link to, the Sun. Not only could it be seen as beautiful, it also has to do with revelation, enlightenment and success, which Anna really needs to get moving in the right direction. I have not received a response.

 		Hm, the more I read about the Magician the more I believe I'm on the right track with the red and white. Basically in Anna's dream she was the Magician:

Well done!!! So on the card table there are a sword, a cup, and a pentacle plate. It can't be that easy?

ETA: there is also a wooden walking stick, called a wand some places.
