I posted a few pages back about a book a read where the protagonist gained immortality by traveling back in time and impregnating his mother, Maybe Habit gains his immortality by devouring his his self in baby form? I dont fucking know, that would be brutal as fuck though.

I just tossing this out there - are we 100% sure this is Evan and not something cooked up by HABIT? I think I saw someone else mention that this could be him trying to pull Vin out of hiding and he's not above tricking us.

Probably Evan. Even if this is part of a plan, it'd be much easier to convince Vince that Evan is in control by relinquishing control for about an hour, than by trying to fake it.

I could only imagine the torment and anguish that Evan was going through as he started remembering everything he had done when he was possessed by HABIT.

Regarding Steph-

Evan was all over the place when he was talking about the victims. He talked about the "squatters", but then Jeff, Steph(crying), Baby(munching). And then he talked about "them" gestering to the other bedroom...where I believe it was established earlier is where Habit stashed the bodies(I couldn't tell from the video, but Evan was like "NOPE" when he glanced in there). And then he talked about 'her' being the decorations and "him" with the charboiled flesh.

So yeah, all over the place. The way he delivered if, it sounded like he was talking about the bodies in the other room, but the charboiled flesh bit would be Jeff, right? So the decorations and whatnot is probably Steph then.

I'm never comfortable saying someone is dead until we see a body, so I don't know. Hell, I'm not 100% convinced Jeff is dead. Habit has mislead us before. He implied pretty heavily that he killed Jeff in the attic room, but then we found out that he was still alive and then was burnt for Slondz?

So, I'm hesitant to say Steph is dead. And along those lines, if Habit isn't in Evan...is he in Steph?

And.

I doubt Evan had interweb access in the house. And Habit posted that video. So he had to get his hands on the camera. Take from that what you will.

This is all very depressing. And I can't refute the ideas that Evan may already be gone.
I choose to stay in denial awhile longer- until we know.

Reread the Everyman prophecy today – Evan "defecting and self-immolating" in the last video brought my interest back to it again. I don't think this has been suggested yet (though I haven't been perfect at keeping up on the forums of late), but lately the theory has been that Vinny is the Everyman and the audience is the Voyeur.

I'd like to suggest that the Voyeur is Corenthal.

In some form, at least, Corenthal is alive. He might be inHABITed, but he's definitely alive. The lines seem to fit his character more than anyone, and he's a singular character. The entire audience being the Voyeur kind of bothered me.
