So we each need to send in two things, or one?

Anyone else think this is a perfect time to submit Mr T Belle's drawings? If he doesn't mind of course!

I know, right? If Mr. T Belle grants us such permission! His work is amazing! I wonder if they half-expect us to proceed in this manner.

We need to send in one, I do believe. They give us a "variety of ways" to do this but we only have to choose one. I am sure they wouldn't mind receiving two, but I am pretty sure they only mean one (watches for impending correction Rolling Eyes ).

So excited! Rawr!

I'm actually eager to send in my own drawing of Death (because I'm working on my own tarot cards right now), so no offense to anyone, but I'm just so excited about this challenge.

Oh, and great work solving that last challenge!

You all have Mr T-Belles full permission to use your cards as you see fit (as long as you are aware of the fact that they might one day show up on a real tarot deck, ie their not yours exclusively Smile )

So those of you who wish to send in your illustrations as representations of your card should absolutely do so. It's a good way for those of us who can't draw or take cool photographs to make a unique contribution Smile

Huzzah! I will try it right now and see if they accept it. ^_^ Tell Mr. T Belle that I appreciate it! Cool

Mr T. Belle wants to know if we missed anyone who would like an illustration but didn't get one (either due to me missing them or because they haven't asked). Let me know, and we'll fix one right away.

i think submitting the drawings is a great idea! and they are so well done that it would be a shame not to.

Im tempted to throw something else in there see if i can get a little rise out of it. Smile

still not sure if they are looking for one piece or 2 but i am deffo going to be submitting the drawing and some background images to Razz Twisted Evil

The devil by standards is a pretty powerful card. Did anyone ask about playing the cards ( when the time comes) in reverse?

I already sent in mine. I don't have a scanner so had to use camera. It looks little lame, but what ever. I think it turned out okay anyway. I hope they approve it Smile

While I, like everyone, LOVE the cards we had drawn for us...I don't know if that really is what they are looking for. They emphasize self, which really means our interpretation and understanding of the cards we were each given. Turning in another's interpretation really says nothing about yourself. Just a thought.

I don't think expressing our personalities is the assignment? More along the lines of showing them what our cards means to us.
"we want to reach a greater understanding of what the cards, or being a Card Keeper, means to you"

which can be done by, for example, sending in a drawing (not a personal interpretation) of your card:
"Submit a still life photograph or drawing that symbolizes your card and/or one of the four elements used in Tarot."

OR a self portrait:
"Submit a self-portrait (photograph or drawing) that symbolizes your card and/or one of the four elements.

And those are only suggestions, we could probably send in other things aswell. Like an... interpretative dance video? Smile
Either way the assignment is not to show who we are, but to show our cards in a way that's meaningful to us.

So I say go for it. I don't think there are any wrong answers this time.
I also don't think there's a limit to how much creative material you can send in to get clues, so go ahead and send //everything// Smile

Edit: Ok, I really feel like doing an interpretive dance now. Do you think they'd take offense?
