So my 2nd attempt at playing the beta consisted of it crashing & me spending a good 20 minutes trying to get it to close.

Probably a fluke, but I thought I'd report it anyway.

DOUBLE DOUBLE POST POST!

Finally had an actual play-through where I could get the game working & tell what was going on.

For some reason, Slenderman was a belligerent ass & rode me the whole game, up to 5 pages.

The character reeeeeally loved to get stuck on or between trees. This is what ultimately led to my downfall, as no matter how much I tried to wiggle away from whatever I was stuck on, I just couldn't go anywhere. I don't know if anyone else had this problem.

I feel like it didn't scare me as much as The Eight Pages did. And I'm just fine with that.

Hell yeah it's time to resurrect this. Though actually maybe a new thread or a renaming of this one is in order? Most discussion about the game will probably be on the slender forums but I find more people here are at least mildly intelligent. I'd much rather discuss the story here then over there.

I know a lot of people avoid facebook like the plague, so a few notes for you. BlueParsec posted "We will be launching sometime tomorrow, March 26th during the day or evening EST." Not to mention a small preview of the intro

Yeah, they say they're prepping the delivery system for the final game. It'll probably be a patch to the beta. I'd rather wait a few more hours than have a buggy game that needs patched again. Besides, who would play this during the day?

Nah the pre-order email said it would be a new download that would come in your email just like the beta did

Oh cool. Either way, I'm glad they're making sure it's up to par. Just hoping it doesn't feel rushed. Isn't Blue Isle a really small team.

Since this is a commercial release, maybe some major outsets will do a proper review.
