why the zero?

You've probably walked this road -- but, using the hex number scheme on the back of data2, the cross in the center of screen 2:frame is a zero.
Any ideas why??

I understand what you mean. Using the decoded data2 card. Intersting insight..

There are isomorphisms between the sequence and the hex type number system on data 2 and the various designs (they can be mapped).
But whether it means something i dont know. I could be just chasing illusions (quite likely Laughing )

This is more of experiment to see if I can send an attachment than anything new.
If it works I may send more stuff later.

That's very interesting, tanner.. nice to see you're putting your skills to use over here. But what do you make of it? We've found lots of "cool" stuff that looks like it might possibly mean something.. but we haven't been able to figure out what.

Does what you found mean anything to you?

He he nothing means anything right now.

I posted that just to see if I could. I'm not used to using these forums.

When I work on a problem I:-
1 compile everything I know (not much in this case, but I've seen worse)

2 use all the tools at my disposel to analize and translate this knowledge

3 when I can think of nothing more to do with the original data -- I lay it all out (original data and my work) and I look for patterns - mappings - and correlations.

4 find the meaning

At the moment I'm only at stage 2 -- so I'm not even looking for meaning yet.

But I'm a little worried thats its all just mystical/magical mumbo jumbo.

Its all this talk about aliens from marc.

Could it be the Heavens Gate lot returning from their journey Smile

That's a wonderful system but it has a flaw.. it makes exclusive use of your rational faculties: reason and logic. Remember, stage one is dominated by the intellect.. but there are other stages:

Or could it be that rationality is the flaw that creates madmen?
