General Discussion of a "Conspiracy Theory"
I'm starting this thread in the hopes that people will posts stories, pictures, videos, anything they find relating to HAARP.

As of April 4th, 2011 HAARP's main website www.haarp.alaska.edu/ has been offline with no reason given as to why.
Incidentally, ALL websites that showed live magnetosphere, ionosphere and riosphere data were also offline, until this morning. i.e. http://www2.nict.go.jp/y/y223/simulation/realtime/

Earthquakes have been hitting an isolated area in Arkansas for weeks now. Last night, there was strange weather directly over the affected area http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XD45VhsJWF8. What is going on?

Giant ocean whirlpools puzzle scientists. *EDIT* I have determined this one a hoax as there is no factual references to this other than this article. The scientist named cannot be found in any documents. There is a FB page for a person of the same name, but this person does not reference anything scientific, nor do they reference this article.

Update Friday, April 22nd. About 10am PST I was outside and noticed a small funnel forming over the ocean. Didn't think much of it till I saw about 50+ seagulls flock from different areas to ride the funnel up. They tracked it for about 10 minutes and then all scattered in different directions.
At noon today there is a live report on ABC7 about a dolphin in long beach harbor (which is north of me) swimming in circles in shallow water.

LA Times, Sunday May 15th page B5 of the Business Classifieds section has a listing under General for:
"SPECIAL OPS U.S. NAVY
Elite training, Daring missions. XLNT pay/benefits, H.S. grads 17-34. Do you have what it takes? 800-252-0559"
Why would the Navy be placing an ad for Special Ops missions in the general section of a newspaper?

I originally thought it was Mt Fuji as I can't read Japanese, however google translator finally kicked in after 30 refreshes.
