I definitely agree that this last .5 entry was to fill in for those who don't watch the twitter. It also reminded us how Jays life is presently, making me personally a little more paranoid. Not sure if it had the same effect for everyone else.

Im waiting to catch Troy online on facebook. I am in love with his acting in this .5 entry. His body language, his voice, everything screamed "paranoia". And the way he answered Tim, saying "I wont"? Man that broke my heart, i could feel his sadness across the screen. So simple. Sometimes less is more and im glad he kept Jays reactions very simple, it shows how sensitive and lonely Jay is.

Yes, but the phrase assumes that an increased quantity will lead to a decreased quality. We can have .5 entries and still have really good full entries. So it is just a bonus.

Trosephim really upped the paranoia in the latest entry. While the first ten seconds or so didn't really have much going on, I was practically scared out of my wits, begging that it wouldn't be a repeat of #14.
I guess that's what I get for instantly watching the latest entry out of my sub box without checking the Wiki to see what happens in it.

Was 67.5 filmed at Kami Con?
2 beds because they shared a room at con to save money maybe?

Except we already saw what their room at kami con looked like. That's where they had that interview with gamespot (or so I assumed, since Tim was laying so seductively on the bed)

That's because it will, if you take the "more is better" notion to its logical conclusion. At a certain point, you have so many Entries that you spread the plot thin, & the quality suffers.

Who says that is its logical conclusion? And who said more is better? You are trying to force a dichotomy.
I said more is not technically a bad thing. This entry added plenty of speculation. And really, when you watch the DVD it will add to the flow. The only downside to the entry is that since it wasn't super important you think its existence will take away from the later productions. It won't. It is an added spice in the recipe that is marble hornets. Noe if we were arguing whether there should be a .5 entry for every full entry, I would say no. But that isn't the case so I don't see a problem

What I don't understand is. Why cant we have both? Tweet and entry. Why are we complaining about additional content that is not subtracting from the show and is actually adding some info?

It is not a logical fallacy to read exactly what you said, nor does it make sense to accuse me of a false dichotomy when you're basically saying ".5 entries are a good thing." I said that .5 entries can be good or bad depending on how much they move the narrative. The one before this one really didn't. Others did.

There's always optimistic posts about "I hope the next entry won't take as long" But I think if this really is the start of a new story arc, at least the next few entries should be easier to churn out, as a half-intro to the new arc, getting situated type thing.
Probably not, but it'd make some sense.

Once again. Did not say that. You are reading something that I didn't say. Let me fix those quotes. This was a decent .5 entry. I don't think .5 entries should be a common thing. I think that it is a necessary addition. And if they condensed it into a tweet, everyone would be bitching about the way the copped out.[/b]

I like the idea that this entry represents the beginning of a new story arc, because when you think about it, Season Three thus far can be broken up into small arcs.
The "Meeting Tim / Watching Tapes" arc from #53 through #57.
The "Tim Hates Me / Uneasy Alliance" arc from #58 through the first part of #63.
The "Timvestigating" arc from the second part of #63 through #67.
And now #67.5 transitioning us into this next story arc.
Compared to Season Two's experimentation with non-linearity, it's kind of refreshing.
