Now if JustLurking is correct in his account of the order they were released, the k and j were switched. I don't know if that is significant or if JL mistyped them.
I do however find it difficult to believe that those names are not that way intentionally.

In fact I happened to show the puzzles to a friend at work a few days ago, and I remember very clearly that at that point there were two unsolved puzzles - himno_nacional and sicai-latoc - and that rojo didn't appear until the next day. It looks like they just got swapped in JL's list.

Ok, so they were named and released in alphabetical order. I have been messing with them for a while and I've got nothing...

You think this is significant or am I chasing the proverbial wild goose?

Personally, I wouldn't completely stop following any line of inquiry until we're all eating goose pie.

Well, I don't know if this is worth anything, but if flags is making a biblical reference...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
... then the passage being referred to is John 8:32. To be specific, that exact wording ("shall set you free") only appears in the Darby translation, although the wording may have been selected simply to make the reference easier to place.

Hey guys.. what's up with this? Is anybody still working on it? I'd hate to be duplicating efforts if somebody is in the process of getting somewhere with it, I don't want to be banging my head against the wall.. KWIM?

Gimme an update, kids!

It seems that The Defect recently turned up on IRC and dropped us a hint. Check it out over at Immersion Unlimited.

Well, I'm stumped....did everyone give up on flags part 2? Doesn't seem to have been solved yet.
