For the sake of the DVD and those who don't watch twitter, it did.

Okay, fair point! Smile I was just getting that vibe that some people were almost complaining that entry was a video. Even ignoring the DVD argument it seems like a crazy thing to complain about.

This entry was a gift. It didn't need to be a video, but they made it anyway and gave us some more content to watch and enjoy. It seems sort of ungrateful for people to question why this wasn't just a tweet.

Anyway, at the very least Jay was washing his face in the sink at the start of the entry, most probably coughing up blood. He wouldn't have tweeted about that.

He could have just been shaving... Razz

Moreover I think we are really "Twitter dependent". I think every single time he has moved on to another emplacement he had said it in a video, so I don't see where's the problem with this entry.

I like how we're all just assuming that Jay was coughing up blood.

So Hoodie was bulletcase?

I wish there were more entries like this, rather then tweets.

There has been quite a few events described over twitter that would've been awesome to see.

This. Especially since I don't have a twitter account, and don't really see the need to get one for one internet show.
Which is the main reason I think the 'this should have been a tweet' argument is BS. Purely selfish reasons.

40404. It will send tweets to your phone.

In a way, it kind of makes me like the tweets more than some videos. It was quite disturbing to get an anonymous text at 3:30 AM about Jay's nightmare.

Hm. Does not help me, nor make me want to get a twitter account or twitter updates. But at least it's something. I guess.

You don't have a phone?

I don't have a Twitter account, but I've considered it, as a way of getting more involved in these things.

Believe it or not, I don't have a personal cell phone; I have a department cell phone, since I'm on call, but for the past couple of years, the only concession I've made to getting a cell phone was a cheap pay-as-you-go thing. If I recall, it didn't even have a camera.

I mean yeah, something like that would have no other choice then be a tweet seeing as how one can't film a dream. I also think that the twitter is a great way Jay to express what's on his mind, but there has been several times where I read a tweet and said to myself, "That'd be cool to see."

You don't need a twitter account to read the MH tweets. Just add "/marblehornets" after the twitter URL.

They confirmed the visual tear is teleportation a few times. In entry 43 alex doesn't turn around until the tear occurs implying he just appeared.

Implication is not confirmation; It was never actually confirmed that teleportation is what causes visual tears IG, in any entry. The evidence you suggest does make sense, and I do agree with it, but until there's mention of the actual action IG (or even OOG) then it's not "confirmed".

Only implied.

You're technically right, but teleportation fits into every instance and characters respond accordingly. They shift their attention elsewhere almost immediately when the tear occurs. So I can't say it's confirmed, but they're giving us like a 90% confirmation just in context clues

See my earlier point about how they don't always make things they insert into the entries obvious.

That's the only instance in the entire series that's the case, and if you can find another one I'll admit I'm wrong. And in that situation the operator wasn't even visible, it was only a shadow they were trying to convey

list of things they didn't make obvious in an entry, that people noticed, but everyone shot them down and told them to stop overthinking things:

Foreshadowing of the Bruce incident (him leaning by the car smoking)

Operators shadow in the hotel

totheark in the background of tim and jays argument

entry #13 at 1:02 you can see the operator for a split second and you can't really pause at that point.

Not to mention all the unconfirmed ones. Like the operators "voice" when they were in the basement of doom and all the numerous possible sightings.

So yeah, at minimum there were 3 occurrences...

Seriously guys, if they really wanted us to see it they would have made it a lot clearer, there's no TO and most probably there's nothing relevant in the TV, stop that shit.

Yeah, stop speculating about entries in the forum dedicated for speculations.

also, yeah... this^

Though I would like to make it clear, I'm pretty sure that's not the operator.

I don't think you took it in the right context. He was saying the operator could appear and we might glance right over him.

In all the instances you listed, he's clearly visible. If you pause it on that exact frame, you can clearly see him. Same with bruce. Totheark being in the background of jay/tim's argument is irrelevant because we're supposed to always assume that totheark is watching them.
