If you check the logs you will see that MOOSE said thta you have to put your email on wiki contact page and he will contact you, if you want.

It looks like MOOSEe is making such a game every month. This was his 4th game I think.

Property / Investment firm that looks suspicious.
What kind of international property investment firm doesn't want people to come to their website?

If you take a look at their Properties tab, the only one that comes up is the Eisenhower Corporate Campus, and its link goes to: http://www.loopnet.com/xNet/Looplink/Profile/Profile.aspx(plus some other modifiers). Also, the Sort By list will only register this single property; no other properties make it through the filter results. Using the Search All Properties link in the boxed area on the right, with All Property Types in the selection list, yields only three properties, all around the Newark NJ area, forming a downward-pointing triangle.

Choosing the Case Studies | More>> link yields a very eclectic list of properties, including "Just Born Candies", "Equity Partner Buy-Out", "Entity Level Credit Facility", and "New Jersey Organ and Tissue Sharing Network Inc." WTF?

Under Find a Broker | Search >>, the last head-and-shoulders shot is of Michael P. Witko, Jr. Do we know him from somewhere else?

Read the diatribe under the Successes tab and determine if this just some trumped up eyewash that doesn't say or doesn't ~mean~ anything!

The Services tab has a blurb about how they "assist[..] in efficiently and effectively managing [...] worldwide real estate needs." Yet they only list 3 properties? Four, if you count the Eisenhower picture. The Capital Markets link on the left is "Coming Soon..."

The About Us tab lists some interesting qualifications for their Brokers. If you compare the Management Team to the names of the succeeding sons listed in the History, you notice they are Jeffrey and James versus Joe Jr and Frank. Who ~are~ these people?!

The Contact Us tab looks innoccuous enough...until you look at the Directions page on how to drive to their business locationts. What a HOOT!

One last thing for your perusal. Running a Google search for "Garibaldi," the result comes up with:

Seems thse folks don't truly want to do any business. So what are they doing on the web? The only reason I can see is that they want you to Login, at the teeny tiny link right after their company name LLC...

Your decide. Real or Spoof. Or is it part of a spoor left from three years abo, in 2009?
