Who is the operator, in terms of Slender man mythos?

The Operator is what the Marble Hornets version of Slender Man is called. I don't think it was ever actually said in one of the entries, though.

Yeah he's never flatout called the Operator but that's the name given to him over time since in one entry, Alex is seen drawing and he writes OPERATOR on one of the papers.

The creators of marble hornets are, for some reason, very adamant that the operator is not in fact slenderman, but a different creature entirely. So, in a way, the operator has nothing to do with the slenderverse, and in a way it has everything to do with the slenderverse.
