Mmh. Not off to a good start.

As far as I could tell, the video was muted, so that would mean that no audio distortion could take place, since there's no audio to be distorted. And frankly, the audio distortion was a bit irritating.

Also, the storyline is sort of bland, although a story based around a child history with the Slender Man isn't found often. The grammar could use a little work as well.

There's always room for improvement, though.

EDIT: Just read the description:

"The video got weird but lets make this clear we are going to look for our friend Carl I am sorry if the video didnt give you much info but I cant remember actually making this the normal one is still on my computer and thats a bigger file size."

They seem to be acting a bit indifferent towards the fact that their normal video got edited to such an extent and uploaded how it is by saying "The video got weird" and then getting his point across.

That distortion was far too loud, especially with the quiet background noises. My ears are going to be aching for weeks.

Ok, maybe not that long... But the distortion was still too loud.
