Haven't been on here in ages! Wow.
Anywho, I'm trying to access the Futuristic Food Mission, but when I hit the link, it only opens the google map to the restaurant in Boston...which isn't very helpful to me, considering I'm in Southern California. Anyone have a list of all the locations on this map?

The app is giving freebie points again. I just got 30 for "restaurant" ?
Just a crazy nought...what if the ARG isn't meant to be played before the movie..but along side it? Kind of to augment the movie experience? If that's the case, then it better be a kick ass ARG because this waiting around is getting annoying ..

I can't get any location-based events to trigger either.

Uhhh, I drove into work and it appeared shortly after I got here?
Keep in mind, this has happened before with the IMAX points.

I'd have to have one of those to get the free point then. Great.

About two miles away ( if not more). One of the casinos I pass by on my way to work has an IMAX theater.
Am I the only one who got these points?
Editt: the app is only installed on my ipad..which is turned off during the drive to work...and is wifi only. That leads me to believe that its a random handout of points..just like the IMAX one..

Your Ipad is not "off" unless you push and hold the power button till it asks you do you want to turn it off. It's only in standby mode and still has the GPS running and all your push notifications ON. It's recording where you've been and reported back home when you got to a wifi connection.

Yep, it's also a waste of battery and I hate that the app runs with GPS on and active on when the device is in standby or the app's just backgrounded. I turned off location services for the app, but the tradeoff is it'll never know if I pass an IMAX or other location of significance.

Or you could do what I do and just enable location services when going on a map mission. Turning on and off location services also causes the points to appear to complete a map mission. You could also force close the app once you have checked for new missions or sweepstakes.
