 		Try it in linear for the spectro gram, it may work that way. Looks like numbers but can't tell what the first one is or what the symbols in between are. Looks like ?? 12 ~ 23^7 32

 		i'm very happy with this, this did not disappoint. I wonder if "decline" meant he chose not to kill him? Maybe he still needs him? I guess that decoded message at the end did you make me a liar or is he gone, is...interesting to say the least. A lot of subtlety in this video, i hope it doesn't go overlooked

Who is the person at the bottom left in the beginning??

It uses the same code from "Surveillance". The one which Jay helped work out:

EDIT: Ninja'd! Yeah, the numbers seemed very familiar, so I figured I'd take a look back at that code. Took me a while to realise that it was 3 words and not 2 though

 		There is an insane amount of subltety in this video, a lot of mid frame shenanigans. There's a shot to the tunnel very briefly, and there is also an interesting mask/eye on the back wall at 28

Interesting, at 27 seconds i got a frame of the tunnel and the clear outline of the operator in the dead center of the shot
