I could see the face being either Seth or Brian. I've seen convincing photomanipulation showing it fits either of their features.

However, I also think that the "ALWAYS WATCHING" face is Brian and I believe a few others here do, as well.

So tta seems in the know that something happened to Alex (possibly in the dark tunnel). Who is he addressing in the 'have you made me a liar' bit though? It could just be to the forums (and Jay) who kept referring to tta's promise about Alex's last birthday, but maybe that bit is addressing someone else (namely the white man) who uploaded Decay.
The name Decline is also a callback to Decay.

This is a really interesting video, because most of the mystery is from the big question about whether Alex made it to April 4, rather than a lot of ultra-cryptic new codes and images. We've got some of that here, too, but still, this video is almost straightforward by TTA standards.

There are a couple of ways I see to interpret the main text of the video (not mutually exclusive). The less likely one, in my estimation, is that it's TTA mocking Jay and Tim. They ran, and this might be TTA calling them out on the ostrich-style head in the sand tactic. Text about how everything is okay is undercut by images of all the horrible things that have been going on, as if to say, "You can run all you want; you can tell yourself that you're free; but you can't wipe away everything that has happened." The video description ("canyousee/anytruth/atall") lends credence to this accusation of denial. Remember, Alex did seem to find his way out of trouble before 4/4/10 at 4:04 p.m. (#26). TTA may be suggesting, with all the images of what has happened to Alex since then, that if Jay and Tim have that kind of escape in mind (or if they start to think it's possible after having no encounters for a while, like Jay did in #26), then it won't work forever. So, you could interpret this video as TTA reminding/encouraging/pushing our heroes to stay the course.

The more likely interpretation that I see is more obvious, which is why I list it second. This video was expected because it was posted on April 4, Alex's birthday, which is significant for lots of reasons. Lo and behold, TTA does post. So, it would be a little strange if the post (on the only day of the whole year that we can really expect a post) wasn't focused on the reason we expected it: Alex, his history on that date, and TTA's threat last year that "This will be your last birthday."

Now, the whole video comes down to the spectrograph at the end: "Have you made me a liar????? Or is he gone[?]" "Have you made me a liar..." is in reference, in the immediate sense, to the main text of the video, because if Alex is gone, then the "Everything is fine" lines would be true, and otherwise TTA would be lying. I think the more significant reference is to TTA's claim last year about 4/4/12 being Alex's last birthday. Has someone made him a liar in terms of that statement? And who is he asking?

I wonder if he might be asking the Operator himself. If TTA knew how deep in over his head Alex was at this time last year, he might have just thought that the Operator was going to kill him by now, or maybe that a human being cannot survive that kind of exposure for as long as Alex has. On the other hand, it could be that Tim is the one TTA is asking, especially if this new alliance with Jay runs counter to TTA's plans with Masky, a la #45.

I think the answer to TTA's question is that TTA has been made a liar, because (a) if Alex was gone we would have seen the event itself, and (b) the coded message "he will pay" implies that Alex is in fact still out there.

Two more brief notes: (1) I don't find any significance in any of the faces. They're all symbolic of what's been going on. I think it's a visual list of victims and events, with the glow-y one representing TTA himself (not anyone's face in particular). (2) I think it's interesting that TTA uses the word "gone" rather than "dead" or "finished" or something. It's the word Alex used in #22, and it applies to whatever the Operator might be doing to people. In fact, this choice lends credence to the idea that TTA is addressing the Operator directly with "Have you made me a liar..."

Definition of decline from Merrian Webster Dictionary

archaic : to turn from a straight course : stray

I think this definition, and understanding this definition, makes perfect sense in the context of the video.

I think that it is basically saying that TTA's plan to kill Alex has been derailed numerous times (as we can see in the various clips that show)

In this scenario I think he could be talking about the operator when he says have you made me a liar, because of his tendency to save Alex when Hoody seems to have him where he wants.

The "lyrics" and other message however, suggest that even though his plans have been derailed for whatever reason, he is not worried at all. Like the code says, "he will pay" So he is basically saying that even though i wasn't able to make that last birthday his last, I am not worried at all because he will pay eventually.

That is my interpretation of the video.

I think one of the biggest problems is inconsistency with characters actions towards each other. For example, Tim saved Jay and Jessica in entry 52, but we have seen countless times where tim attacks jay, most noticably in entry 62

We've seen Alex try to kill Jay (entry 52, and i also believe he was trying to sacrifice jay in entry 40) but we've also seen him try to help jay (the whole "leave now" thing when Jay was about to cross the tunnel)

And there's a big fuss about not being able to make it through the tunnel, but both tim and jay make it over there in entry 50

So many inconsistencies which is what makes it so hard to come up with a solid theory on any of the characters, including hoody

I would say TTA is more of a Cracker rather than a Hacker.

I wouldn't call it inconsistencies as much as we are not getting the full picture. We are only getting what has been recorded and what the characters remember. (As a history major/teacher this series is a good example how historical events and primary sources can be so widely debated)

I think it would be clearer if we were able to crack more TTA vids, we don't seem to crack most of them.

I still think the main message of this Video is that Alex has been able to escape death numerous times because of the Operator, but hoody/tta isn't worried because he knows that he will get him back. Even if it wasn't before his birthday.
