 		hey, don't sweat it. we were all n00bs once and still are :)
the event is at a Loew's cineplex

we have confirmed (via a telephone call) that the event will be held there.

be sure to get there early ( 7:45 -8:45 our time)

it starts at 9:00 and ends at 12:00

be sure to send in the email properly:

danatwingSPLATgmail.com

subject: New York - (your name) ( rank)

( you don't have to be on the crew, just pick a name and rank)

for the body of the email : a friend of mine just wrote:

 		the 'exact' name of the place is actuall Loews Kips Bay ..pronounced "Low-eez"

 		yeah my friend in manhattan tells me the theater is 'freaking huge so reserving the entire thing would be kind of ridiculous'. Here's hoping! Very Happy
