They aren't gonna fling me around or anything, are they?
Absolutely! Did you not read the fine print? How are you going to evaluate it if they don't "fling" you around?

I... I think you are confused. Starfleet is Star Trek, Stark Industries is Iron Man.

So, I went to the event in Manchester today. It was pretty fun. If you're scared of sharing your last meal with everyone round you don't worry, the suit cleans it up.
The whole test takes about 5 minutes. There's a bit of dancing, a flight test and you get to use the repulsor jets to break some targets. All in all it's actually pretty fun.
ETA: when I went, they didn't use the code you get when you register, you get a lanyard with a code on to access the photos. I'm still waiting on mine to be made available. Also, Ir0ns, someone from the Disney shop may also be handing out vouchers for a free Iron Man photo like they did today.

Just randomly decided to go the site and now it redirects to http://www.becomeironman.com/non_uk.asp so it looks like a good possibility of US events as well.

Went to the Manchester event as well, but as it was open to the general public, not just those that registered, the queue was massive (65 mins waiting time).
I got one of the cards for a poster and a lanyard, but only cos I was cheeky and had to leave so asked for one
Sadly no pics tho

Well that sucks. I had a natter with the lass taking the names of those in the queue and apparantly there was a wait of over an hour earlier in the day. I was lucky and only had a 20 minute wait.
