So much happening today. 0_0

I'm not great with Morse code, admittedly, but here's what I hear in the new video:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
....... --.. .. . .-. -... .-. --- --

which translates to (seven dots is a space or message start indication?) ZIERB ROM (I hear a longer space b/w the B and the R which would make it two words, but I may be wrong).

I don't know what that would mean. I've tied ROTing it, but nothing. Google translate wants me to believe it's Dutch, but I dunno about that.

My guess is that because the video is titled "/" this should lead us to another page on wastewatersouth.

Also, that was one seriously creepy video!

Edit: I added a letter in the morse translation that I left out.

<--- Laughing (my locale) Can confirm it's not Dutch, Gently, & beaut job on your 'revised' Morse. My anagram is bromizer (useless imo). Just here to repost Vick's latest blog:

Vicki in her latest blog entry wrote:
She's gone?!

I just got a call from April's work, they say she didn't turn up. They told me to tell her that she's officially fired.

I know I said that she sometimes comes in late, but it's been 3 hours and her phone is off. I have no way of reaching her whatsoever. I'm starting to panic. I don't know what to do.

Hi Amelić!! Sleep deprivation, our brains are as muddy as drainpipes. Wanted to amend that 'brom' does mean noise in Dutch & 'zier' can mean 'decorative' or a very tiny amount. They aren't really used together. So, a 'very tiny noise' Dunno Smart move on telling Tom btw *now chewing fingernails*

Tom tweeted "Okay she's definitely not there, we have no idea where to go now"

maybe this is what we are meant to be finding now, where she is.

Edit: Graham, posted http://uncoveredgraham.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/futility.html - seems like this thing cant posses more than one person successfully

sounds a bit like a very nasty little dark parasite - demon like maybe...wonder if it is affected by the usual religious symbols? Perhaps we can get Victoria to do the cross with a couple of candle sticks Wink

EDIT: Speculation here, but what if 215 is a date? As in, February 15th? Unfortunately, the diary entries do not have February 15th listed. Just a passing thought.

OR, what if it's 21/5, as in the 21st of May: 15 days from now! Maybe it's just a coincidence, but hey, maybe they could run with it.

Ok so I have no clue what ZIERBROM could mean, nor do I know what's up with April's latest scribblings: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BJmmWjECUAEz5nO.jpg

It looks like it says: m o i(?) R (or A upside down) , b (or P upside down) R (upside down) 3 (or E?) j s

so, moiR,bR3js? erm, I'm gonna need a bigger thinking cap.

Great Scott, Automaton! Those scribblings look SUSPICIOUSLY close to ZIERBROM. In fact, it is probably some hint they are giving us to help us solve this puzzle.

Also, also, the 21st of May -- brilliant thinking, mate! I hadn't considered that. That's probably right. Let me check the diaries to see if a May 21st entry can be found.

Woo hoo!

EDIT: moiR,bR3js sounds a lot like Moor Bridges or More Bridges or something to that affect.

EDIT 2: Looking upon the image myself, it looks almost like shorthand...or coordinates...or flying purple people eaters. You know what I mean? It looks like this:

MO:
A (or R)
(apostrophe)
b R
3 (or &?)
js

If this is shorthand, and if that IS an A, then it could stand for April. The "b R" could be like "be right". Does anyone recognize any of this as texting lingo? Sorry if I'm just being confusing. Just trying to think. I think thinking helps others think, too. Off to the shower now!

EDIT 3: OKAY people this is freaky! I turned the image upside down of the scribblings and it says APRILS on it. I don't know exactly what it says all together, but I think I see APRILS there. Maybe. Well, actually it looks like something akin to this:

W (or M)
O
: or !
A
.
P
R
3
?
s

Yup, me too. And I'm only mentioning the Breton (Celtic language) phrase "moːʁˈbʁɛjs" b/c it's so spooky close to April's scribbles. WIKI LINK

EDIT: Ninjed by S.P.I. on providing a map reffy Laughing & have no further geographical savvy about this.

Ooo, I just took a look at the google maps. Is the Southampton shown here the same Southampton that the group inhabits?

https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Mor+Breizh&ie=UTF-8&ei=kBGIUeioPKf8iQLAgIGIBw&ved=0CAsQ_AUoAg

If so, you might be onto something, amandel (no surprise there!). Wink

EDIT: By the way, a new post on Tom's Blog, titled "An Interesting E-mail":

Quote:
Hi guys!
This is an unexpected turn of events, but Graham suddenly emailed me.
He has avoided responding to anything I've written him, but now he doesn't only respond, he wants to meet. I'll be honest, I am pretty excited. He has given me a place to be this evening, so I'm wondering if any of you have anything you would like me to ask him?
I have my own questions, of course, but maybe there's something I've overlooked.
Thanks for the help, guys!

What should we ask him?

Oh wow that's spot on amandel!

I wonder why they used the phonetic alphabet.

Of course, ZIERBROM is MOR BREIZ backwards... though it's a bit of a shame they left the 'h' out of that solve (7 dots is pretty much a literal symbol for 'ERROR' I think?)

Unless they're specifically referencing this ship vessel: http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/shipdetails.aspx?mmsi=228264600 which is currently on its way to a port called Rostoff in France. Maybe they have a stowaway!

Edit: by the way the vessel, though probably unrelated, is nearing the border of the Celtic Sea, and is docking in the Brittany region of France, which is where the Breton language originated. The monster's origins could very well be located somewhere within that Celtic Sea/Brittany region.

Whether automaton's research is directly related to April it is one fascinating, deductive read. Heading to Sleepyville which is usually the cue for exciting stuff to begin. *jealous*
