mau5, are you referring to just the new "static hole" tapes in your theory?

Yes I am. I also think that the static is a sign that there's something pretty weird and slender about those tapes.

OK, that makes more sense. Never mind me; I haven't slept in a while and my brain is not firing on all pistons neurons.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I think it would be good for Alex to get his rage on -- I'm curious just how vicious Joseph can be in his portrayal. I'm also encouraged by the sort of world-weary bitterness exhibited by Tim in the last entry; I think a final showdown between them is coming, possibly tragically interrupted by J trying to interpose himself between them. Or would that be too hackneyed and predictable?

This has to be played over the credits.

Seriously though, I think;
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Although it might not be much of a twist, it turns out Jay is actually more of a bad guy than we thought he would be.

Jay and Tim will discover the Ark, and the identities of TTA (Sarah) and Hoody (Seth) will be revealed. TO will eviscerate Alex and as Alex dies, a smile of content flashes upon his face and he whispers " I'm coming home Amy". Jessica will be found in the ark amidst a pile of dead bodies, and they'll recover her. Tim nurses her back to health, and they live together. Jay survives the ordeal, but enters depression, in his last entry, he hands the account to Tim. As he says goodbye, an audio tear will start to grow louder and more distinct and suddenly the frame freezes, with TO right over his shoulder.

Jay consults the wisdom of an old man, who tells him that he must seek out and confront Alex. In the process, Jay is captured and taken aboard a large intergalactic battlestation. Alex introduces Jay to his lord and master, the Operator, who sits on a throne overlooking a battle between the rebel and imperial fleets. The Operator goads Jay into attacking him with a lightsaber, but Alex leaps to his defense. Eventually, Alex says that if Jay will not be turned to the dark side of the force, then perhaps his twin sister, Jessica, will be. At this point, Jay attacks Alex in a rage and cuts his arm off. The Operator cackles malevolently and tells Jay to finish of Alex, but Jay refuses, and the Operator unleashes a terrible episode of Slender sickness upon Jay. Recognizing that his only son is being killed by the lord and master that he truly hates, Alex lifts the Operator over his shoulders and throws him into the reactor core. Jay takes Alex's mask off so that he can look on him with his own eyes, then pulls him from the burning Death Star and cremates him on Endor while, off in the distance, the jubilant cheers of Ewoks echo. Jessica then appears in a metal bikini. They make out, prompting fits of revulsion from the audience.

I've thought about it a lot, and I think I want it to end like this...

...a series of montage still shots set to an uplifting Elton John song.

On second thought, I can also see it ending like this, although instead of James Bond and the Bond Girl in the pool, it's Agent Double-O Tim and his muse, Jay...

YouTube: Link

Jay: Why don't you ever wait until you're asked?
Tim: Then why don't you ask me?

Pan over and we see the Operator, a faint outline of a smile on his 'face' and he shrugs, roll end credits to "If You Asked Me To" by Patti LaBelle.

You see, when you watch the above clip, Timothy Dalton has sideburns when he plays Bond, not unlike our Lord and Savior, Tim and His glorious Sutton-chops. Now every time you watch Licence To Kill, you're going to imagine Tim passionately kissing Jay in a green backless dress in a swimming pool. But that's how it should end!

EDIT: Wait! I know! The "James Bond" in the swimming pool ending, followed by the uplifting picture credits montage to "The Measure of a Man" performed by Elton John! IT'S PERFECT! WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF IT BEFORE?!

It will end with Alex, Hoody, and Slendy chasing after Jay which will look something like this:

Tim will jump out of nowhere, and grab Alex's balls as tight as possible, which will look something like this:

Then Jay will shoot Slendy 4 times will he screams in pain, which just has to look like this:

THE END

^Dude, that first video. I remember when I first saw that video, it's just hilarious. If they ended MarbleHornets like that, legitimately, you have no clue how fine I would be with that. It would be enough to top Jadusable's King Kong stunt, for those who are familiar with that.

Someone please, please make a Marble Hornets music video of this. I mean, it would be so easy to find clips that go along with the song.

With the way things are going, the bromance between Tim and Jay and whatnot, I think my ending is the most appropriate suggested thus far.

I mean, Entry 72 was practically Jay saying "Go on without me, I'm dying!" To which Tim heroically yells: "NOBODY'S DYING ON MY WATCH!"

Now the villager from animal crossing will save them in video.
