I, too, was wondering if maybe Gai = Earth, and maybe La and Lanti were other planets...since they are capitalized....
Just wanted to let you know that it is all working fine with my Firefox.
Also I have not seen anyone mention what looks like some sort of code being displayed in the text above the eye. I had not seen that there before. I noticed also that when I put my curser over that same area as well as an area below the eye it says to "click to activate and use this control". Nothing happens for me. Anyone else?

Please read back a couple of pages...that code has been deciphered....
Again, not trying to sound like a jerk, but it has been discussed....
The "Click to activate this control" thing has to do with your browser....afer you click it, it makes it active and you can do things with it (ie zoom on the flash parts)...

Anybody running *ix/BSD and wants to try and check oct13.jpg with outguess? (download link= http://www.mailprivately.com/mailpriv/outguess-0.2.tar.gz ) Try password theend or something like that. I'd do it myself but I'm running winxp and already tried with S-tools and they dont support JPEG images
Update: Just tried a half-assed attempt at decoding oct13.jpg with a lame utility named steganography for win32, it came back negative. I'm unsure of it was a false positive or stegdetect or just my utility being lame (or both)

This "connection" was discussed and pretty much discarded several pages ago. the style is way different from the puzzle stuff from the last SOUE book, and the subject matter doesnt seem to mesh.

I understand but the book is in New York Publisher which is EST but look at the website it is PST (Timer)
I mean think of it if this is a marketing ad for the book, alot of it fits and maybe the jibberish language and vids are just to get as many people onto the site as possible, This is the last book in the serious.

That, and the image on the page doesn't seem like it would be a subject for kids.

Seriously, this has already been discussed to death. perhaps further discussions about the SOUE connections could be conducted in chat?

It's actually 1and1 , and no, I think they just went with that cause it's a cheap mass hosting provider.

Hi I've only finished reading all of your many posts but I am curious so for the time being I'm going to stick with it and see what happens. And I really think we should move on from the lemony snicket stuff because I've read the books and I am almost 100% sure they are unrelated the style and content is completely different.

SOUE is pretty popular with adults too! it's pretty darn funny!
Anyways, I can't believe we're getting "race of lizard overlords" believers already. Just plain sad.
I got an email back from YshkLanti
