Hey everybody - check out the main page again. The "ghost" of Anna Ravelo has a left a detailed account of what the Truth is what we are doing. Its different than the one from a few days ago. ALso, she gives a link to a New Games page that will be up in a day or so.

Encanto Park Trial Complete!

Only because I don't want to start a whole new thread for this one post.

Citizen Kane has gotten back from the Encanto Park trial! He has pictures of his adventure here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/41417988@N00/

He said that the boathouse was closed until Friday, and the geese kept chasing off the cats, although he did manage to see one and get its picture.

Thanks Citizen Kane!!

----

On another note, Cu Roi and G3K have both expressed interest in doing the Supersitition Mountains, possibly this weekend. Cu Roi also might do the Glamis Mine. I will keep everyone updated on the status of the missions as I hear from them.

New Lore Trial up - looks like a clock face type puzzle (24 letters, time clues) can't get anything that makes sense from it though

also a new Location Trial up - looks like a visit to the Silver City Museum to see a bank exhibit, the sign has been blurred out in the pic, so that must be the info we need - easy bonus points - take pics of our own work areas with family crest in pic Smile

I did send in the answer to Oliver Souza.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Bad Beef

Visit the departed still has to be done & once the rain stops, I will head into the French Quarter to do Have a Drink (we are having a lot of rain & under flash flood warnings with road closures so far this morning)

The Dutchman is still unsolved - I have no idea when Taylor entered the trail & even calling the park, there's no way they can help me.

If you missed it, Branding Cattle answer is
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Tom & Nancy Kavanagh

I think I got Maurice Arroyo - ALASKA - if you look at the image files there is an alphabet and certain ones are used to make the page we see.

Also - Christopher Freemont answer is "SAIL".

I know the sheet music for Oliver doesn't sound like anything I recognize. I'm working on it though.

Also pics for Location 13 are at http://www.flickr.com/photos/redhatty/ - pics are LOUSY! But Taylor knows they were, so she will be forgiving Smile

Ravelos need to bring: Balloons
Garcias need to bring: A piñata
Souzas need to bring : A toy?

Any word from the Williams-Freemont clan on their B2B Pieces?

P.S. Garcia's B2B #12 was sent by Taylor to RedHatty with the wrong family name in the link. The location is:

I know that it's been solved (I even know the answer) but what I don't get is how. After following the directions I ended up with

Code:
V B O T Q C Q U E K
Y H P C U K Y O B Y

Even jumping over letters I don't see how the answer was achieved. Can someone enlighten me so I can add it to the guide?

the original letters were
Quote:
W B M T N C Q U F K
Y I P Z U K Y P B Z

After the first shift (all blocks surrounding the B's - back by 1) you get (red denotes blocks shifted)
Quote:
V B L T N C Q T E J
X H O Z U K Y O B Y

After the second shift (the T shift - 3 forward - again all blocks touching) you get
Quote:
V B O T Q C T T H J
X H R C X K B R E Y
Afther the 3rd & final shift (X - back 2) you get
Quote:
T Z O R O A T T H J
X F R A X I B R E Y

Okay, I got the last B2B for the Souzas while I was watching Doctor Who

http://lawngamesforlife.com/Challenge_Pieces/Bring/Souza/13/
un: souza pw: breen29

It's a .rtf file. This is what it says:

Quote:
Daniel Ravelo had the right idea (except for the LSD). Follow his lead and locate to my will. You'll know which one to pick by looking for my jewels.

The will will direct you further to our heirloom, the process by which you can escort and amuse the ghosts, and the real real truth about all of this.

Also -- keep an eye on my flickr account. We'll post images there during the event, and we'll want y'alls help looking for orbs, ribbons, and other signs of paranormal activity!

Love,
Aunt Anna

Working on finishing the guide now...

You know, I almost think that the Yankee Swap is going to be for everyone in attendance since it specifically says in b2b10 that our burden is to provide info. Twould be sad if only one souza showed up with one gift for a swap Very Happy

I'll try to be online by 10am (but I"m not a morning person). If anyone needs a contact with chat, PM me your number and I'll call you (or give you my # so you could call me back).
