I've analysed the bar code, and (trust me) it's completely anything-free. No hidden message or anything. It's not actually a bar code, just a (seemingly) random collection of "|"s. Spacing is too regular for it to be a bar code, and stuff.

Yeah. I'm 100.00% sure that that it contains nothing. You're welcome to try, and I'm willing to be proven wrong.

I've not laminated mine, but I've stuck cut-up Perplex City cards on the back of it, so it's sturdy. Yay. And I'm keeping it on my person at all times. *nods*

I wonder how long it will be before these "assignments" are made? Has anyone gotten one yet?

I guess someone could have gotten one and been told not to tell what it is.
