I've been trying to call you but haven't been able to get a hold of you. Listen, the shit has hit the fan. Don Marzano knows all about our efforts in rescuing Tracie Schmidt. I swear he was just about to kill both Angie and myself, if Marco hadn't come in, I don't know what would have happened.

He called me and said he had something very important to talk to me about, Don I mean, and asked me to come down to Empty Threats to meet him. Angie had told me before that she didn't think the Don had figured anything out about our involvement, so I didn't even think twice about it. When I got there, Angie was there, working as usual, but, besides that, the place was empty. It was pretty late though, so nothing too unusual about that either. Anyway, he asked Angie and me to both to join him in his office and I started to get nervous. Before I knew it, he had us seated before his desk and he was up, prowling around behind our chairs while he talked about friendship, loyalty, and stuff like that. Before I knew it though, his whole tone and demeanor changed, and he began to let us know that he knew what we had done. I tried to get up at one point and he pushed me very forcefully back down into the chair, with a strength I never would have anticipated from him.

I don't remember what he said exactly because I was focused on trying to figure out how the Hell I was getting out of there, but he basically admitted to killing Sal and said something like "It doesn't matter though. They still have no chance. They will never find where I hid it away from prying eyes" but I don't remember if that's exact or not.

Just when I thought I was going to have to do something, Marco, Don's other son, burst into the room, yelling at his Dad about killing Sal. While they were struggling, I pulled Angie with me out of the room. We got the Hell out of there as quick as possible. I swear a heard a gunshot as we left. Angie took of and is probably halfway to California or something by now. I'm packing up myself and getting out of here as well until this is all over. I'm calling the Police first though, for what it is worth, so let's pray they do something about the bastard.

Be careful, Dale. I don't think you know what you are dealing with in Don Marzano.

Hmmm. Strange. Bruce said Angie is probably half way to CA or somethhing by now. But Angie said they were going to disappear together. (next to last line)

Remeber we know Dale has said someone(s) are also reading his mail. I am certain Bruce is aware of that and did not want to give away information that might lead to her, and Bruce getting caught again.

I expect to see anon. fame up in smoke soon.
