i did see blood coming out of her mouth but didnt see monsters or anything alive..or maybe i missed?

i think the soldiers stomach exploded, and the blood that hits the Quarantine tent when marlena is whisked away comes from her stomach popping too

Well, when you get bit by a mosquito you get a blister...imagine if it were a giant mosquito and there was a lot of that substance that creates the allergic reaction to a bug sting on your body......*pop*...best I can think of.

i think we should just understand the fact that she was bitten, infection hits, hemorrhaging starts to kick in fast, BAM- explode.
theres really nothing to analyze. it a monster bite. And i really think JJ Abrams reinvented monster bites in Cloverfield. It was really shocking and..sad. Crying or Very sad
