[EXTRANEOUS] SL Book Club If you are interested in reading a book with others and discussing on vent, this is the spot. I would like to start soon, but give people enough time to get copies of the book if they are interested. Either email me or respond here so I can get an idea of who wants in and then I will choose the first book, although I have one in mind kinda already. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate, otherwise it will be there talking about the book myself.

I have taken advice from a wise man on the first choice. AAIW is something we should all be reading on our own. We should set up a time to discuss it, however. Our first choice should be easy, not threatening in size or language, and have an important message. It is for these reasons that I have chosen Shel Silverstein's 'The Giving Tree'. It will take you all of 15 minutes to read once. Not even that long actually. Please read it more than once.

I would like to discuss The Giving Tree this week. I was thinking that if anyone was so inspired, they could bring works influenced by the book with them. I was thinking wed or thursday night.

I'm quiet intrested in joining as well, i just watched that video for giving tree, Are we going to be only reading short things or long things as well.. Cause I'd love to suggest Angels & Demons by Dan Brown, I really loved that book,..
