3 = A car impound in London ? (UK)
4 = The Dom in Keulen (Germany)

On 3 I'm not sure, there are a lot important buildings nearby.
Also there are 4 big country's where the coordinates are pointing to.

although the co-ordinates are closer to the science museum I disagree I think its meant to be the natural history museum, which has one of the worlds biggest mineral collections. I'm sure it would have some form of peridot.
