Perhaps it's Jove representing justice or law and it had to be used, because the cipher needed to have a certain length? But then why write it "Iove"...
There might be a Roman theme here somewhere, but "divi" and all that is still speculation.

Perhaps Jove merely refers to God in general and religion refers to the actual institution.
I assume that the fool is KJantiNWO, who seems to have a pretty heavy faith in God.

Just speculation, of course.

Actually it was a strange typo made somehow that the original quote messed up on the boards. When I made a thread on the IG board and directly copied that excerpt that said "Iove" when I pasted it came out as "love"..Don't really know what went on there.

I think thats just a transcription problem. In the original font the small L and cap "I" look the same. If read as small L it decodes as "love". In the decoder I used, the (wrong) cap "I" looks like "love" even tho it really means "Iove" Cornfused? Me too.

Contacted John today. Informed him on various facts known about our man and he told me that they believe they have a good idea of the identity of "KJ". He requested that we focus on his contacts and any information available about them and to contact him directly should anyone find out anything.

The above is what I have posted up on the IG boards.

I also spoke with him about KJ's reluctance to give details to anyone that wasn't a direct associate of the group and he said something along the lines of from what they have found out about him and attempted that it couldn't be accurate because they have attempted to make contact several times so I don't know where that particular avenue is going.

Argh! This can get confusing.
So I tried to call John and spoke with him asking for elaboration on just what they are looking for on KJ. I guess I asked something I shouldn't. He said he though KJ had some involvement (in what?). I pressed for further elaboration (like contacts within KRF? Or connections with the radio message and Kryptos?), unfortunately the call disconnected.

So fellow players, did I cross a line in my questions? Do you think it was a deliberate or accidental disconnection?
