I'm sorry. I'm just really frustrated as to why we can't figure this out. This is ridiculous.

This is nothing. You haven't seen "ridiculous" =P

Shifting the grids is an interesting idea, except that there are four grids so far, and there's no real guide as to how far or where, no alignment markings, etc. It's really hit or miss at this point. So either there's more to come to finish the puzzle, or we're just missing something very very obvious.
I agree with you. And I'm sorry for my behavior earlier, wikibruce.

are we sure it isn't an IP address

I keep thinking 4 post cards 4 parts to a standard web address:
I counted the bits for each postcard based on the pictures:
Kraz - 19
Vice - 21
Arc - 32
Astro - 31

then multiplying by 6 (# of rows) I get 192.186.114.126 or different combos of that if I change the order. doesn't work, but maybe I got something wrong.

been lurking for the past 2 days and just trying to throw out another idea.

The first octet 192 is reserved for LAN use. Won't resolve over the internet.

just mirrored all 4 codes upon them selves and super imposed them onto one.

beginning orientation: all codes were facing up before they were transfered to the larger one.

results showed: nothing. checked the negative/ white space. no message. also looked at it inversed, forwards, backwards.

keep searching everybody - we'll get this

Ok, in an attempt to break this down; what's been given using blacklight clues? How were they decoded? There's gotta be a pattern of what they're using, past dictates the future. Maps were given out at ComicCon(?) with UV lights and there were posters that had codes to be cracked... there were seperate posters and each had a seperate code. 4 seperate postcards..... 4 seperate codes? Does this make any sense what so ever? I wasn't at ComicCon so those with more knowledge of the event may have better specifics.

Think about it, ComicCon kicked this thing off..... at this point we're "restarting" or "rebooting". What about the date that each game was released? Maybe that's the order.... it's a thought.

Is everyone sure that the UV code on the front is a postal code? There is a barcode on the back under the black line that is definitely from the post office, but there is also a series of vertical lines within the picture on the front. If someone else has an Astro Gunner card, verify that the blocks of numbers are the same as this:
1, 1, 1, 6, 3, 1, 2, 2, 1, 4, 1, 6, 2, 6, 1, 4

mach1monorail got 2 of them:

Now, we need the other two. I keep seeing the same errors in every new group people are posting. (Like the .2nd pixel of line 4 on Arc-Wars)

Probably useless now... but for what it's worth:
Full Size Astro Gunner Trace

I think this we'll come in handy. All we need now is a trace of the ViceSquad code and we'll try and figure those out a little better...

Crack this

So based on a Helix606's guesses I assembled an image that tries to narrow the letter possibilities (assuming more postcards are on their way to fill in the gaps.

The letters below the assembled matrix are likely based on their shape.
