I'm not sure why, but I can only think of comical/troll responses to this thread. Their respective drugs of choice? Having a stiff drink? Making a montage of driving down a variety of roads? Filling out coloring books? Watching funny YouTube videos? Playing some Slayer? Comparing and contrasting the merits and pitfalls of PS4 and XBox1 to decide which one they'd prefer? Watching the Price is Right in a hotel somewhere while eating takeout?
...wait. That last one may be correct.

Hmmm...well, it's possible that Jay's condition has detoriated to an extent that Tim just finds him, takes him home and Jay just HAS to trust him, because he's the only one who can look after him.
Either that or Jay's broken into someone's house who is away on holiday and just trying to figure out what to do next or has just given up on everything and just waiting until The Operator comes from him or he forgets his ABCs.
Tim? Well, if he's not in on everything, he's lost one of the few companions he had - either he goes to the lodge by his own and get's snared by Alex (or seemingly) or I wouldn't put it past him just to give up completly, flush his medication and let Masky take over completly from the guilt of letting an innocent person die and losing the closest thing he's had to a friend in a very long time.
Seriously, fellahs, make up i_i

Jay is wasting time on Netflix and Tumblr and TV Tropes and other time sinks, as he tends to between entries, while trying to figure out where the hell he got all this money for hotels from.
Tim is just hitting random bars and scoring girls, because I can't think of anything legitimately funny for him.

Dude, if you mix the first and last one of those, they're having an AWESOME time.

@Serum: This is true.
Maybe Tim is delicately grooming and combing his sideburns? Scoring the bad bitches at the bar? Lifting? Shopping for sunglasses? Teaching himself kung fu? Rollerblading? Popping pills with the cool kids? Teaching kids with disabilities how to play Slayer songs on guitar? Helping old ladies cross the street? Donating his time at a soup kitchen? Having a Dos Equis and discussing the merits of various cigars with the most interesting man in the world? Peeing off a very tall building? Playing paddy cake with Hoody? Buying a pack of cigarettes to smoke all at once? Your mom?
These are all things Tim might be doing.

WRONG. These are all things Tim is doing. Sometimes he even does them all at the same time.

All with that wonderful placid facial expression of his?
(Although your Mom jokes? No offence, but...really?)

Jay is gooning it up on Something Awful. Tim is working odd jobs and debating weather or not he wants to go back to the house for his ukelele.

Quixotica and I had a lengthy conversation about this topic over at The Hoody Hub. You guys should join.
Almost all the posts above mine are comical, so I've decided to take a more serious approach. Without further ado, and all jokes aside:
Following the events of Entry #65, Tim worked constantly to get some money saved up and then quit his job. I presumed they [Jay and Tim] were both living off that saved up cash. But where did Jay get his money before that? Before allying with Tim, he lived in his car and the occasional hotel. Maybe he lived off of his own savings.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Obviously these are details that Trosephim don't even bother to touch upon, but it's fun to ponder.
These characters' day-to-day lives between entries would interesting to see. Exactly what do you do when you're trying to figure out what's going on for a week or two before you find the next clue? How do you prepare to go to a mysterious address that could answer many of your questions?
Put yourself in their position. There's nothing you really can do. They're nothing but sitting ducks.
Honestly, Jay doesn't have anything to do but decide what his next move is. The same goes for Tim. There's not many moves left on the board, though. Jay could either go to that address or ally with Tim once more.
Tim might be looking for Jay, hoping to ally with him. He knows that Jay won't trust him, and that they'll probably end up fighting. But eventually they'll end up finding that they need each other to finish this, regardless of trust. The looming threat at hand will force them back into a partnership.
To answer the question, Jay is probably reading a book he brought along with him, hanging out in Starbucks, or frantically switching locations to avoid being followed. Tim is probably doing the same (minus the last one). I've been under the impression that this is Jay's activity between entries:
I had a hilarious image in my head. Maybe the location of the address is waay out of town, so Jay would have to go there by driving down a long, empty highway. And so he does. But Tim is going there, too! The highway is empty, Jay is driving, but then who suddenly drives up beside him? None other than Tim. They both make eye contact at the same time, and stare each other down for the rest of the ride.

So Mr. Digsby, like I said - getting high (on caffeine) and watching funny YouTube videos in a hotel somewhere. Trying to avoid thinking about the inevitable.

In that picture he's playing Slender: The Eight Pages. Unfortunately, he's become slightly desensitised to that game...
