I'm not good with Photoshop or really understanding the different languages, but the average color of the money within the rectangle comes out to 9DA29A in hex or 157, 162, 154 in RGB values. I can't get a binary number that starts with 1100 from the ASCII conversions of either of those, though.

I don't have photoshop, but I did use GIMP to get this:

http://imgur.com/KkZmxd5

On there, the mean, st dev AND median I used for the selected part of the screenshot is shown. Unfortunately, none of the numbers (157.1, 32.7, 161.0) ended with binary beginning with 1100.

I don't know if it's the sites--I've been using: http://www.unit-conversion.info/texttools/ascii/ to convert the numbers into ASCII and http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/ascii-text-to-binary-converter to convert that into binary.

Is there any errors that anyone's seeing with my process that might be screwing me up?

I took a screenshot of the picture with the bills and pasted it on photoshop, then cropped the canvas so it just shows the bit within the rectangle. I went to Filters/Blur/Average. The resulting color was this one: #b2b3b0 or in rgb: 178,179,176.

I did this again, but now including the white border and the result was "#bbbbb9" or 187,187,185. I'm kinda guessing that maaaybe they want us to get color "#bbbbbb", which is 187,187,187. Idk, maybe.

16 Million Shades of Gray

I didn't have Photoshop available but with other sites I got three shades of gray that are different from each other, and anything posted so far.

Speculation:
Best I've got on the binary is that it's reversed, as is YRANIB. All hex colors begin with # and that in reversed binary is 11000100 . So reversing each binary set individually, not the whole string at once, might work???

11000100 01000110 01001100 01000110 11001100 01000110 00001100

That looks good, Booba.

I'm wondering how you got the image so clear, enocyaotl52.

I haven't been able to get anywhere. Has anyone else had any luck or contact with Sarah?

Just heard back from Sarah, I set in questions about the image and the binary.

Quote:
The inside of the box is defined as the image. The hex must first be
converted to ascii characters, which I did with this tool
http://www.rapidtables.com/convert/number/hex-to-ascii.htm

The tool I used for the binary is this
http://binarytranslator.com/

Please, I need someone to talk to about this.

Some results without Photoshop...
Using download button here:
http://www.mediafire.com/watch/h1y0h3q14jgutd8/insertion_1.mov
isolated cash image and saved as jpeg (whole image)
Used http://www.wisegeek.com/how-can-i-find-the-average-color-in-a-photograph.htm to get average color as #a2a19d
a2a19d to binary is 01100001 00110010 01100001 00110001 00111001 01100100 which without leading zeros does begin 1100.
Sent it off to bluemindincSPLATgmail.com with both versions in subject line.
Photoshop may get more distinct color variations than what I'm using. As there is a reported 16 million some hex color codes precise reproduction is important.

Using the clearer image and the portion inside the box, I got results identical to enocyaotl52; that is, a hex of #b2b3b0. Translating that with the tools above, I got 11000010 10110010 11000010 10110011 11000010 10110000 and mailed that to the Blue Mind email. This was the response:

New video with some highlighted letters. I was working on copying them all down but I think I missed some.

Also, I neglected to mention that the video is hosted at what I believe is a new site with some new information:

You guys are awesome!!!!

So in the code ""mUshoeUsnIiooosU" and "hrslnonoer" are repeated twice, but I haven't been able to decode anything yet.

Edit: Looks like this might be a hangover from a previous game, ignore if so.

So looking around the Trisphere site...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

The product page for B Minus Drug says:
Information concerning B Minus Drug is not available. Do not seek more information regarding B Minus Drug.

Worth digging into, surely. Also it might be nothing, but B Minus Drug? (my bolding)

There's also an employee login to the right. The registration page says non-employee accounts will be deleted, but I've registered and received account confirmation from a "John Dean" (email address unimportant, it's just a shared hosting provider by the looks of it).

Functionality is limited (I can't post or edit anything) but there's an activity log that lists all the posts you can see on the homepage, which are from May last year, not this.

Also at the top right of the Dashboard and Profile pages, a random "TRISPHERE TIP" appears each time you load the page. I've compiled the ones I've seen so far in the next spoiler, so don't read if you want the fun of cycling through them.

Don't mouse-over this spoiler unless you've read the last one. Might ruin some fun.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

TRISPHERE TIP: Contrary to whatever the orphan may tell you, our ownership of the orphan is 100% legal

TRISPHERE TIP: The rotation-based dosage control panel requires a connection to the input parser

TRISPHERE TIP: To connect the compatibility device to the input parser, you'll need a Thunderbolt cable.

TRISPHERE TIP: A grade-5 lubricant or higher is required for the hydraulics assembly.

TRISPHERE TIP: Do not use the compatibility device on a Monday.

TRISPHERE TIP: The input parser tickets expire after two weeks; remember to close the central channel before then!

TRISPHERE TIP: STOP K. -H

TRISPHERE TIP: A reclassification module needs to be inserted into the receptor array in case of system failure.

The name H doesn't ring a bell, but K is presumably either Trisphere CEO Keith Reyes, or perhaps Bluemind's Kyle.

Can't see anything that looks like an input parser on the site, but if we can find a ticket and someone's forgotten to close the central channel (whatever that is)...

The way the text is displayed is a technique for speed-reading, based on putting the current word right in front of your eye. The position of the highlighted digit will always be the same if the word is the same, because that's the anchor point for what you're reading.

It could be a clue, but it could just as well be a red-herring.
