Lacking state lines, country borders etc. Nice and easy to use.
Edit - A better one has been posted already.

Whoops, brain-typo, I meant Africa there. (Honest.) Of course I looked at the map... I mean which co-ord pair? (And I mean I did a scan of the co-ords, not the blobs )
Had a brain- typo of my own. had a 0 in the cord field for the "africa" point. sorry ignore that one. its what i get for makeing the maps too fast

Why are people still posting plotted coordinates?
It has been well established that the purpose of the coordinates is for us to unlock the sound files and subsequently, the story.

yes i ment to leave off the state lines. i belive that the patern the points make mean something and that is eaiser to see them without the states. I think that this is one of the puzzles so if you see anything let me know. as for a map with states, ask and ye shall recive!

OK, I took care of the Blue_then_Red 06:59 PDT 35.074196 -089.919320 axon this morning.
I looked, but couldn't find another thread about discussion of these new audio clips. I thought I might post what I listened to. Unfortunately, I did not record the audio clip. I guess I'll start a new thread.
jocelyn and I hit blue_then_red 07:03 PDT 42.27927 -83.7488 this morning in Ann Arbor, MI. She asked for her name, but didn't ask for a password.
Melissa mentioned troubles with her hardware, and I believe potential difficulties maintaining these lines.
blue_then_red itself was more from Kumal's adventures with Sophia. Kumal had another date and connected with him by talking about some nerve set in the brain (he mentions it, but I don't recall what it was). There were two types he mentioned, "blue, then red". Sophia wasn't actually in this conversation (to be honest, she might have had one line in the beginning), so the bulk was Kumal talking with Hiro about how the dinner was going. It wasn't over an earpiece, so I got the feeling that Sophia went to Kumal's pad for dinner.
I must say, I was a little sad when I came back and only saw 2/3 in blue_then_red hot. Better luck tomorrow.

if all this is going to turn into is a chase the phone game than it will get real boring real quick. The game is made better than that, if it was just to answer a phone than when they moved points they would move drasticaly. there is a pattern to the axon groupings. check this thread and see some of my other maps and you will see.

you will also note that all points for the exclusive_licence axon are all in new mexico. if that isnt a hint to a pattern i dont know what is.

Are you sure you didn't get the sign wrong on the longitude for that African one?

I'm as enthusiastic about patterns as the next man, but I don't see anything of note in your maps. I think they aren't moving tremendously because why move phones that people can provably get to? Putting similar vicinities at similar times just means people can answer them all without taking too much time off (ISTR there're four in 40 minutes, all the same bank of phones, somewhere). The PMs are thinking like us, is all...
Still, I'll do the usual pattern-scanning tonight

9:29 PDT code_nothing HOT. This site was previously a dud and was cancelled in round 1. The payphone-directory had the wrong phone# and it never rang.
Soo, I posted the correct phone# here and sent the correct # to the payphone-directory (where is was also updated), and today it rang.
Melissa's watching us guys.
So, if you have axons that are wrong and you can prove it, do so. If there is a next round, it will be an easy "hot".
OK, reporting what happened:
Melissa states that she doesn't know how long she can keep this communication working, then goes into the normal spiel of "crewmember, what's my real name?" After responding with "Melissa" we get:
.wav file: (thanks Shontu!)
It was Jan talking to her "dad" James. Apparently Duane (who she's friends with… his dad had the gate pass from the first memory fragment story) came by or something. Jan doesn't really like Duane hitting on her. Jan asks her dad in a humorus/sarcastic voice "Aren't you supposed to scare guys like that away" (more or less what she said). James senses Jan wants to talk. She says its nothing, but then opens up… she says that she wishes her "dad' would talk more about his past (war stores and such). James is a bit uncomfortable (impression I got) about talking about his past. He asks Jan if she'd like him to be more like the "d-mobs"(?) and sit around the house all day drinking and telling stories. Jan says "yah, sometimes" (more or less).

The meaning of trigeminal Don't want to cross post so I'll just put the link up, but I think this is worthwhile here. It's the meaning of the word trigeminal, which is the title of one of the wavs. If a mod wants to merge my post into this thread, then please do (and remove this post accordingly). Thanks.

Since this is turning into just another thread with reports on these axons, I'm gonna lock and send y'all to Steve's thread. If want to start regional threads that's OK, but this is total overlap and double posting is starting.
If you want to talk about what these axons are all for, the overal strategy - see angribuddhist's other thread.
